A Softer You is a 5-day course exploring what it means to soften in a world that often asks us to harden. Through guided practices and reflections, you'll begin reconnecting with and softening your body, learn to relate to yourself with more kindness, whilst finding a more sustainable pace. This course is especially supportive if you've been experiencing burnout, overwhelm, chronic illness, or a sense of disconnection from yourself.

Your Soft Center
Connect with your soft center, the part of you that exists beneath pressure, protection, and the ways you’ve learned to push yourself. This class focuses on remembering your softness and beginning to access it from within.
Leçon 2
Returning To The Body
We look at how disconnection and chronic bracing show up in the body, and begin listening to its signals again without trying to fix or override them. This is a space to notice what's already there, and to rebuild a sense of safety in your own body.
Leçon 3
Meeting Hard Moments With Softness
Learn how to stay with difficult emotions without immediately reacting, fixing, or shutting down, and begin relating to discomfort in a more gentle way. You'll explore what it feels like to remain present and what happens when you soften toward what you're experiencing.
Leçon 4
Relating Softly to Yourself
Shift your inner relationship from pressure and self-criticism toward one of softness and support, with a simple touch-based practice to help the body experience safety and compassion. This is about learning how to meet yourself differently, especially in moments where you would usually be hard on yourself.
Leçon 5
Becoming Someone Who Lives Softly
Explore what it means to live at a softer, more sustainable pace, and how that can shape your daily life, your choices, and the way you move through the world. This lesson includes a visualisation practice for embodying a softer you.
