COURSE
With Rahul Singh
You can be deeply tired and still struggle to fall asleep. Your body may feel exhausted while your mind remains active - replaying conversations, thinking about tomorrow, overthinking, checking the time, or quietly wondering why you still cannot switch off. In A Nervous System Reset for Faster Sleep, Rahul Singh guides you through a five-day course for anyone who feels tired but wired at night, struggles with racing thoughts or sleep anxiety, carries physical tension into bed, or finds it difficult to move from daytime stress into restful sleep. You will explore why feeling exhausted does not always mean the body is ready to settle, and how mental stimulation, stress, rumination, bedtime worry, physical tension, restlessness, nighttime activation and the effort to force sleep can keep the mind and body engaged at night. Through nervous system regulation, sensory grounding, body awareness, gentle breath awareness, meditation and bedtime relaxation practices, you will learn how to: • recognise your personal signs of nighttime activation • release jaw, shoulder, chest and belly tension without forcing relaxation • calm an overactive mind and step out of racing thoughts and overthinking • use sensory grounding and simple anchors when mental chatter keeps you awake • reduce clock-checking, sleep monitoring and anxiety about not sleeping • respond differently when sleep begins to feel urgent or difficult • create a smoother transition from daytime stress and stimulation into nighttime rest • build a simple, repeatable bedtime reset for deeper relaxation and easier sleep onset This course may be especially helpful if you: • feel exhausted but alert when you get into bed • struggle with switching off mentally at night • experience racing thoughts, rumination or bedtime worry • notice physical tension or restlessness in bed • experience sleep anxiety or worry about how much sleep you will get • keep checking the time or monitoring whether relaxation techniques are working • want a simple sleep meditation and bedtime practice that does not create more pressure This is not about forcing yourself to sleep, emptying the mind or achieving perfect relaxation. It is about gradually reducing the stimulation, tension, mental engagement and sleep effort that can keep rest at a distance. The aim is to create better conditions for natural, restful sleep—without turning sleep into another task. Less holding. Less monitoring. Less trying. Notice. Return. Release. And then... let the work end.
