And so we begin to identify the fear. Please be familiar with the Sacred Space meditation and the Edge of Fear meditation to begin this process. It is also essential that you complete the circle with what did this to me, in order to journey well. Searching into our secrets and fears is the courageous work that I commend you for taking this journey.

Find that perfect space for you.
Allow yourself to lay.
I want you to feel connected to the ground,
To the earth.
Take a nice breath in and just settle into your position.
Get yourself even on the floor.
From the heels,
Up the back of the legs,
Through the hips,
Through the spine,
To the shoulders.
Allow your chin to soften forward just slightly so that the nape of the neck can come down towards the ground.
Take a breath in and breathe out and allow yourself to sigh,
To release.
I want you to allow yourself to take a breath in and release the fear of walking into these hidden secrets.
You are safe.
You are seeking to discover more of you.
You are wanting to love and to find that love within you.
Deep breath in,
Breath out to release,
Soften deeper to the floor.
Take a deep breath in,
Run it through the body,
Release.
Take a nice deep breath in,
Allow a long breath out and begin with the next breath down to the feet.
Feel the breath in the feet.
Feel the feet,
Feel the toes,
The sole of the foot,
The heel through to the top.
Feel the feet with breath.
Feel into the feet.
Nice deep breath in,
Breath out to release and move through to the legs.
Breathing from the ankles to the top of the thigh,
Drawing that breath in to fill the legs.
Drawing the legs with breath,
I want you to feel,
Connect with each breath releasing,
Allowing them to be lighter.
Breathing in,
Breath out to release and we move on to the hips.
Feeling to open,
To soften,
To draw in the life creation.
As you're drawing into the hips,
Allow them to open and to feel the fullness of the grounding and the life coming in.
Breathing out to release,
To allow all that has been to move through and breathing now into the stomach.
Breathing in,
Feeling the stomach,
Feeling that breath out against the walls of the stomach and as you release,
Releasing back through to the spine.
Breathing it in,
Breathe out and release and we move to the spine.
A long breath drawn up the spine,
Spiraling the spine,
The breath working through the energy,
Clearing,
Cleansing,
Filling the energy of the spine.
Cleansing that spine,
Cleansing the energy,
Filling with breath and releasing deep down into the hips,
Settling deeper into the floor.
Opening to the chest,
Opening the chest,
Filling with breath.
As you're filling with breath,
Feel into the fear,
To the hesitation you may have of going deep within today and each breath releasing,
Softening you,
Knowing that you are safe and all will be okay.
Breath by breath releasing,
Chest releases,
Shoulders,
Arms soften,
Fingers loosen,
The throat is softened and cleared with swallow.
The face is soft,
The tongue away from the roof of the mouth and we breathe to the mind.
Filling the mind with breath,
Allowing all thoughts to drop into the breath and release.
Breathing it in,
Breathing it out,
A long breath in,
A deep release out,
Sink the body through the ground now and breath runs from the feet to the top of the head.
Feel the clear smooth pathway of the breath.
Now release the body and focus just on the breath.
Breathing out and out,
A long,
Deep Lab ignore.
And now allow yourself to go to your path very gently very slowly making your way up the path.
Making your way to your tree just allow yourself a little moment to release any worry any stress allow yourself to let go of these outer worries before we go into our sacred space and then moving on following your path further up the mountain where you can see to the left the great door to your sacred space and as you come to the door looking to your left to the cellar using your key to unlock and pulling the great door towards you and slowly one by one taking the steps down count them through one two three four five six seven eight nine ten you're on the platform where you were before you've been here before stop for a moment and reconnect to the edge of this darkness feel against your skin the fear that you once knew know them know what they are what they represent you've done the work you've thought it through recognize them take a nice deep breath in a long heavy breath out and we continue down the stairs one two three four five six seven eight nine ten it goes deeper eleven twelve it starts to spiral thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen it's getting narrower eighteen nineteen twenty you're at the bottom and there is complete darkness laser to sit even though it's dark you know this space you've been here before this is the very depth of the hidden secrets of the hidden darkness this is where you find the truth of the fear underneath that platform feel now into your body what is it doing how is it feeling you are into the very base of your darkest fears your most hidden secrets and what will you find what lies underneath the fear of your failure the fear of success what lies underneath the fears and here we find a moment of truth a tremble the fear of being seen the fear of being loved for who you are who could possibly love you just as you where is the love there is no love this fear is all based on the lack of love the fear of being not accepted by those around you the fear of not being loved allow yourself to walk into the secrets that have held you to this truth one of the moments the secret times the darkest hours that led you to feel what was the feeling where did this fear come from focus on your breathing and allow the tension to release so that the feelings can flow through the body you want to connect fully to these secrets to these fears you want to connect to the darkest self you want to connect to that space where you feel you are nothing where you feel you aren't worthy how could anybody love you focus on the breathing make sure the tension is releasing allow yourself to feel and respond to cry to shake Breathing in.

You've sat in this space of darkness.
You've felt this feeling of abandonment of your own self,
Your own love,
Your own truth.
You know this feeling,
For this feeling you are going to defeat.
You have the courage and the strength to find you,
To know you and to love you.
Open your eyes into the darkness.
Breathe for a moment just in that space with your eyes wide open.
Breathe and stand.
Slowly,
Step by step,
We're going to unravel ourselves back to the top.

Working our way up the spiral,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Recall the feelings you once felt at the base.
Allow yourself to know the heaviness that has been in your heart and your soul.
Make a promise now to never allow that darkness to take hold on you again.
Eleven,
Twelve,
Thirteen,
Fourteen,
Fifteen,
Sixteen,
Seventeen,
Eighteen,
Nineteen,
Twenty.
You're at the platform,
Look down,
Look away,
Take a breath in,
Breathe out and release the darkness and now we move quicker.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Running through the stairs,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten,
The light.
Back at the door of your sacred space,
Close the door of the cellar and lock it.
I want you to stand at the door of your sacred space and place your hands,
Your palms against the door.
Turn around,
Slide down the door and allow yourself to breathe,
To release with tears.
I don't want you to enter your sacred space like that.
I want you to allow yourself to breathe and breathe and come back into your body and take a moment to write down everything that you have just felt and experienced.
And once you've done that,
Come back to where we are for us to complete the journey.
