I lost my husband of 21 years almost 6 months ago. Then lost my mother a month ago.
This meditation really helped me release feelings in the form of tears. It’s been so hard for me to release anything. I felt nothing while feeling immense pain and sadness. Thank you for this meditation so much. My grieving heart needed it.
