Sacred Release honors the time to allow deep release. This is a space for recognizing, naming, holding a conversation with, connecting to, and releasing, each and every roadblock in the way of the flow of our life. Allowing this time honors the process of love and respect to all that we willingly let go of, at the same time as allowing it to continue its own path in life.

Take a moment to find your most comfortable space.

Allow yourself to lay down.

Allow yourself to take a deep breath in and a long release out.

As you settle,

Allow your body to soften against the floor.

Allow yourself to feel the rise and fall of the chest.

No control over your breathing,

Just watching,

Just allowing.

Taking a deep breath in,

Allowing a long release out.

Feeling the body melt,

Unfold,

Release deeper into the space you're laying.

Allowing the body and the mind to slow down.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allow a long release out and sigh to let it go.

On your next breath in,

Drawing breath down to the feet.

Filling the feet with breath.

As you're filling the feet with breath,

Allow yourself to feel the feet.

To connect,

To feel into the feet.

Feeling into the toes,

Along the sole of the foot,

Through the tops of the feet,

Allowing yourself to feel and connect.

Breath by breath,

Filling,

Feeling,

Connecting.

And with each release of breath,

Allowing every step to this moment to be released.

Step by step.

Each release of breath,

Allowing the steps of the past to move on,

To move away and to be here and now.

Breathing it in,

Breathing it out.

The last deep breath,

A long release,

Letting go of the past and moving the breath onto the legs.

Breathing in to fill the legs with breath,

From the ankles all the way to the tops of the thigh.

Breathing filling with breath.

And as you're filling into the legs,

You're feeling into them.

You're feeling the muscles,

The bones,

The blood running through the veins.

You're feeling the connection to the legs.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

And as you're breathing out breath by breath,

We release the weight,

The burden that you've carried in the legs,

All this time.

With each breath that you feel to connect,

With each release,

Allowing the burden to be laid down.

Breathing it in,

Breathing it out.

And a last long breath in,

And a deep release out to lay down the burdens and release the past and to move on to the hips and the pelvis.

To breathe in and allow the hips to open,

The pelvis to soften.

And as you're breathing into the hips and the pelvis,

You're allowing them to soften,

You're allowing them to open.

You're allowing new life to breathe in and to swirl through the glands,

Bringing in new life,

Creation,

A creative energy.

Breathing,

Allowing this new life,

And as your hips soften,

They open.

With every release of breath,

Allowing any blocks to life,

To your energy to be released.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allowing a long release out.

Nice deep breath in,

And a final breath out to release.

And we move on from the past,

And we lay our burden down.

We welcome in new life,

And we move on now to breathe into the stomach.

Bringing it in,

Filling the stomach like a giant balloon.

Pushing that breath out against the stomach,

Feeling into every part of the stomach,

Filling with breath,

Feeling,

Connecting.

And as you're breathing into the stomach,

And allowing the stomach to expand,

With every release of breath,

You release the emotion that we hold in our stomach,

Deep,

Deep down.

With each breath,

We connect to the pain,

To the anger,

The frustration,

The resentment,

The guilt,

Shame.

Breath by breath we feel,

We connect,

And we release.

Bringing it in,

Breathing it out,

Allowing the depths of these emotions to be released.

Breath by breath.

We take a long deep breath,

And we draw the breath in,

And as we breathe out to release,

We let go of the past.

We lay our burdens down,

We welcome new life,

And release the emotion.

And we take a deep breath now,

And move to our spine.

Breathing deep from the base of the spine,

All the way up to the medulla,

Allowing a clear crisp energy.

Bringing it in,

Running that breath the length of the spine,

Allowing breath by breath the energy to clear,

Releasing any blocks.

Breath by breath,

Spiralling the spine.

Breathing it in,

Feeling that clarity,

That lightness of being.

Breathing out to release and settle deep down into the hips.

The past has gone,

The burden's laid down,

New life is being welcomed,

The pain has been released,

The energy clears,

And you move on and breathe it in,

And filling the chest.

Breathing,

Allowing breath by breath the chest to fill,

Feeling the rise of the chest,

Feeling the length of the breath.

Breathing it in,

And as the chest rises,

Deepen the breath so that the ribs can expand and open.

And as the ribs expand,

The diaphragm fills,

The lungs fill,

And a deep breath is taken.

Breathing it in,

Filling with breath,

The rise of the chest,

The opening of the ribs,

For the diaphragm and the lungs to fill,

To expand and breathe.

Breath by breath,

Filling,

Feeling into the chest,

And feeling into all the emotions that are held in the chest.

And as you breathe in,

And as you feel and connect,

Allowing with each release of breath the emotions to unfold,

The fear,

The anxiety,

The stress,

The pride,

The jealousy,

The envy,

All the emotions that hold the chest so tight,

Breath by breath releasing.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Breathing out to release and let the shoulders settle,

Let the chest start to soften.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allowing a long release out,

The past has gone,

The burdens laid down,

New life is coming,

The spine is clear with energy,

All emotions have been released,

The shoulders are relaxed,

Down the arms to the fingers are soft,

And our throat,

Now we breathe to the throat,

Allowing it to soften,

Allowing it to come across the neck,

Breathing,

Opening,

Expanding.

And as your throat softens,

And the tightness begins to release,

You feel many thoughts,

Many words,

Many memories coming to the throat,

Breath by breath releasing,

A gentle swallow,

Breath by breath with every release of breath,

Allowing all communication to be released.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allowing a long release out,

Breathing it in,

The face softens,

You remove the tongue away from the roof of the mouth,

And you breathe now to the mind,

The past has been released,

The burdens laid down,

New life is coming,

The spine is clear,

The emotions have been released,

You are open to communicating,

Your mind is soft as slowly breath by breath,

You begin to feel the mind.

Taking a long breath in,

Allowing a deep release out,

Breath by breath filling the mind,

You release breath,

As your mind now fills with breath,

All thoughts fold into the breath,

And one by one,

As you release breath,

You release the thoughts.

Breath by breath,

The mind becomes clearer.

Breath by breath,

The thoughts release.

Breath by breath,

Breathing it in,

A nice long breath,

Allowing a deep release out,

The past has gone,

The burdens laid down,

New life is coming,

The energy is clear,

Emotions are released,

The mind is clear,

Breathing it in,

Breathing it out,

Breath comes down to the feet,

We run the breath from the feet all the way through the body,

A clear path,

A soft and smooth path.

The breath clearly,

Smoothly running through the body,

Feeling that breath,

Feeling its softness,

Allowing the body to slowly,

Gently disappear,

And you are left with you and breath.

Breath by breath,

Feeling,

Connecting,

Opening to breath.

And allowing that breath to be on its own,

Just watching,

Just feeling.

Connecting now to the feeling,

To the softness.

And now allowing yourself to go to your sacred path and gently and slowly walk your path.

Walk around at your day,

Take in everything that is around you,

Feel the warmth of the day,

Or the freshness of the day.

Breathing it in,

Breathing it out,

As you are walking along your path,

You see your tree up ahead,

Making your way towards your worry tree,

And as you approach your tree,

Just place your hands gently against it,

And allow yourself to turn,

Slide down the trunk of the tree,

With your back firmly against the trunk,

Allow yourself to press into the tree.

Allow yourself and your connection to release any stress or anxiety,

And give everything over to the tree before you enter your sacred space.

And when you've released,

Allow yourself to stand and give gratitude,

Make your way back to your path and continue walking.

Up ahead you can see the great door to your sacred space,

Allowing yourself to find the key in your pocket,

Open the door,

Enter,

Gently closing and locking the door behind you,

Making your way towards your beautiful garden,

So many flowers and covers,

With a perfume and scent that brings your heart alive,

Touching,

Connecting,

Feeling the joy in this space.

Gently making your way through the garden and gently allowing yourself to walk down the slope of the hill,

Looking around your beautiful space,

Taking in the day,

Seeing any little changes that may have come today,

Making your way to the bottom of the hill and moving over towards the beautiful river,

The stream that runs through your sacred space.

Just standing at the water's edge and watching,

Observing the water.

Watch as the water flows over and around you.

Watch as it cuts through the sand and through all the obstacles,

All the rocks,

All the pebbles.

Watch as it cuts a pathway through the sand.

Watch as it is blocked.

See how it moves.

This water represents you and in that water,

The rocks,

The pebbles,

Represent the obstacles that are in your mind and in your life.

One by one,

I want you to wade out into the river.

It is not deep.

You are safe.

And as you select each rock,

Each pebble,

Perhaps a boulder,

I want you to connect the obstacle that is in your mind or in your life and pick it up and take it to the water's edge and lay it down,

One by one,

Pebble by pebble,

Rock by rock,

Each obstacle being removed from the flow of your river.

That is the Boom Brow.

Allowing each to be removed allowing yourself to name each obstacle allowing yourself to carry it to the water's edge to place it down to release it from the flow of your life if you need spend a moment with it at the side of the river allow yourself to fully release step by step one by one as you start to see these obstacles released I want you to feel into your breath and into your body and feel the release one by one so removed from your life from your body no matter how big no matter how small one by one releasing you as you finish step back to the side of the river and watch the flow of the water how smooth had gentle how clear how easy the water flows as you watch breathe and allow that ease of that flow to come into your body to come into your life you've released the blocks you've released the obstacles allow your life to flow with ease allow yourself to sit for a moment to breathe and feel the ease of the breath to allow yourself to look at all the pebbles and rocks perhaps the boulder on the river's edge allow yourself to give gratitude and thanks that they have now been released from your life released from the flow of your life and then as you stand lay self a nice deep breath in and a long release out knowing you've done the work to remove the obstacles from the flow of the river of your life slowly turn to walk away gently walking up the hill when you get to the top just to lay yourself to turn and stop for a moment and to breathe and to feel the peace and the calm you you you breathing it in breathing it out turning and walking through the garden smiling at the lightness of your being the lightness of your steps making your way to the great door and going through and looking behind you and gently walking down the path and as you're walking down the path walking back into your body and breathing and feeling that breath in the body you you feeling the breath in the body feeling the connection feeling the smoothness of the breath feeling the lightness of the body feeling the lightness of the mind now these obstacles have been removed breathing allowing breathing in taking the breath down to the feet and allowing the breath to run through the body from the feet all the way to the crown feeling the breath allowing the breath breathing connecting to the body taking the breath down to the feet gently moving the toes working the breath through the legs to the hips gently lifting moving feeling bringing the breath through the stomach to the shoulders down the arms to the fingers gently moving through the neck and the head just allowing the head to roll from side to side shoulder to shoulder drawing your knees into your chest bring your arms to the knees and just allowing them to curl in and hug in tight release the legs and stretch the arms right above the head slowly and gently release opening your eyes feeling the breath feeling the connection slowly at your own pace allowing yourself to be back where you are breathing recognizing the journey you've been on that all has changed that obstacles have been released make your life your mind your heart your soul is free now to flow smoothly connected to your breath gently and at peace

Thank you so much 🙏 I listened to this meditation before going to sleep, and I woke up the next morning feeling so calm and relaxed (which is not common for me because of my anxiety).

This is such a great meditation. It begins with the most relaxing body scan I've ever done. It also has beautiful visualization after the body scan. This is bookmarked so I will be coming back to it many times. Namaste 🙏
