Find your comfortable space.

A space where you can lay down and settle onto the floor.

Take a nice deep breath in and allow a long release out.

Slowly allow yourself to settle,

Becoming more comfortable.

Allow the back of the heels running up through the back of the legs to the hips nice and even on the floor.

Running through your spine to the shoulders.

Allowing the arms to soften onto the ground,

Palms face up.

Just tilt your head slightly forward.

Take a nice deep breath in and allow a long release out.

Allow the body to soften,

To settle,

To relax.

And a nice deep breath in and a long sighful release out.

And your next breath in.

Allowing yourself to feel the toes,

To feel the feet with breath.

Breath by breath,

Filling the feet.

Allowing you to feel into the feet.

And as you feel into the feet,

Allow yourself to connect.

Allow yourself to connect to the toes,

To the sole of the feet,

Across the top of the feet.

Allowing yourself to feel breath by breath,

Connection to the feet.

And as you feel into the feet you can feel the steps,

Every step you have taken to be where you are right now.

You can feel the journey,

The path you have walked.

With every release of breath,

Allowing yourself to release the past,

To release the steps,

To be here now.

Feeling breath by breath,

Filling,

Feeling,

Connecting.

Allowing with each breath to release the past.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

And as you're breathing out to release,

Allowing the past to be moved on.

Allowing yourself to walk free.

Allowing yourself to let go.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

Breathe out to release.

And we move on.

And we breathe to our legs.

And as we breathe to the legs,

We feel the legs with breath from the ankles all the way to the top of the thigh.

And as we feel the legs,

We feel into the legs.

We feel the bones,

We feel the muscles,

We feel the blood running through the veins.

We connect to the legs.

Breath by breath,

Filling.

Breath by breath,

Feeling.

Breath by breath,

Connecting.

And as we feel into the legs,

We feel the weight and the burden that the legs have carried all these years.

And with every release of breath,

We allow the release of the burdens.

We allow the burdens to be placed aside.

Breath by breath,

We lay the burdens to the bones down.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

Breathing it out to release.

Feeling,

Connecting,

Releasing.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

You know the past has been removed.

You've laid your burdens down.

And you move on now to breathe to the hips and the pelvis.

And as you breathe,

You open the hips.

You open the pelvis.

And you breathe to feel,

Breath by breath,

Softening into the hips.

Breath by breath,

Allowing the pelvis to open.

Breath by breath,

Feeling,

Allowing the breath to spiral in.

To draw in new life.

To breathe into the glands.

To allow this creative energy,

This creation,

To begin.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

Filling with breath.

With every release,

Allowing the blocks of life to be removed.

Allowing breath by breath,

New life to enter.

Breathing,

Filling,

Feeling and connecting to this new life.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

You release the past.

You lay the burdens down and you're allowing new life to come in.

And we move on to the stomach.

Breathing in,

Filling the stomach like a giant balloon.

Pushing out against the stomach wall.

Filling with breath.

Breath by breath,

Filling,

Feeling,

Connecting.

And as you're breathing in,

Allowing yourself to feel into the emotion.

Feeling into the emotion that's held within the stomach.

Connecting,

Recognising.

Feeling it as the anger,

As the pain,

As the resentment and frustration,

As shame,

As guilt.

Feeling these emotions held in the stomach.

And allowing breath by breath to release the emotion.

Breathing in and filling the stomach.

Breathing out and breath by breath releasing the emotion,

The feelings held within the stomach.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Allowing yourself to release knowing the past has gone.

That you've laid the burdens down.

That new life is entering and all old emotion is being released.

And we move on to breathe to the spine.

Breathing it in.

Allowing a long deep breath from the base of the spine all the way to the top.

Allowing the breath to run through the spine.

To channel through the spine.

Clearing,

Cleansing the spine.

Allow the breath to spiral the spine.

To wind its way,

Cleansing around the spine.

Clearing all the energy.

As the energy is clearing you're allowing a lightness to the body.

As old energy is passing through you're allowing the weight of all that has been to be released.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

Breathing out to release knowing the past has gone.

All the weight has been laid down.

New life is coming.

The energy is clear and the emotions are clear.

And we move on and breathe now to the chest.

And we breathe in and we feel the rise of the chest with the breath.

Breath by breath filling the chest.

Allowing yourself to feel the chest rise and fall.

And as your chest rises allow the ribs to expand and open wide.

And as you release your breath allow the ribs to fold in.

The chest to come down.

Breath by breath filling the chest.

And as you breathe in and feel the chest and open the ribs.

The diaphragm and the lungs can expand and fill and you can feel into.

You feel the emotion that is held in the chest.

And with each breath filling the deeper you feel and breath by breath you release the emotion.

You release the fear.

You release the anxiety and the stress.

You release the pride and the jealousy and the envy.

Breath by breath.

Allowing the old emotions to be released.

Breathing it in.

Allowing a nice deep breath in.

Allowing a long release out.

Releasing the emotions.

Knowing you have moved on from the past.

From all that has been and cleared the energy.

Your shoulders are released.

Your arms are soft with your fingers loose.

And you move to your throat and swallow gently to clear.

And breathe to expand the throat across the neck.

And as you expand your throat it allows it to open and you can feel into the throat.

Into the tightness of the throat.

And you can breathe and release.

There is no fear of holding onto the thoughts.

Of holding onto the words.

And as you open you allow the communication to flow freely breath by breath.

Breath by breath releasing.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

And as you breathe out releasing.

Knowing you have moved on.

And we soften the face.

We take the tongue away from the roof of the mouth.

And we breathe to the mind.

And as we breathe to the mind we allow our mind to fill with breath.

Breath by breath.

And as the mind fills with breath all thoughts fold into the breath.

Breath by breath we fill the mind.

And we fill into the mind and all the thoughts.

And as we connect we allow breath by breath it in.

Breathing it out.

Each thought releasing and slowly the mind clearing.

Breath by breath.

Breath by breath.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

Allowing a long release out.

Knowing you have moved on from the past and laid your burdens down.

You are allowing new life.

All emotion has been released and your energy is running clear.

You are open to communicate and free from thought.

And you breathe now from the feet all the way to the crown of the head.

A nice smooth long breath.

Breathing on the breath.

Allowing the breath.

Breath by breath.

Allowing the body to dissolve.

Breath by breath.

Allowing the body to fold away.

Focusing just on breath.

Allowing the mind now to come to your sacred path and begin to walk.

And as you walk your path allow yourself to find the colour in your day.

Allow yourself to set the scene.

Allow change.

Allow yourself to find the beauty in the day.

Walking calmly along your path.

Up ahead you can see your tree and make your way towards your beautiful tree.

The tree that is so strong.

The tree that releases all your worries and burdens.

Breathing.

As you approach the tree place your hand gently on and turn and allow yourself to slide down the trunk with your spine running up the length of the tree.

Allow yourself to press against the tree.

Allow yourself to connect and release your worries.

Find gratitude.

Give love and thanks.

And when you're ready allow yourself to stand and continue along your path.

Up ahead you can see the door to your sacred space.

And as you approach taking the key out of your pocket.

Entering.

And allow yourself to turn and lock the door behind you.

And here you are in your beautiful space looking around seeing the garden.

Seeing the colours and the flowers already smelling their perfume.

Allowing yourself to connect,

To touch and gently tend to your garden.

Make your way through your garden.

Take in the scenery.

Allow yourself to be comfortable with where you are.

Today you are seeking great wisdom.

Today you're seeking answers.

Allow yourself to walk gently down the slope and make your way to your left to where the great rock of wisdom is.

Allow yourself to climb to a comfortable space to sit.

And the sun is warm on you.

You can see for miles.

Take a moment to look around at all of the life you can see.

Now gently close your eyes and focus on your breath.

Allow yourself to work into your deep breathing.

Take a nice deep breath in.

Allow a long release out.

And work into your four count breaths.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And release.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing it in.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And release.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Allow the breath in.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And to absorb.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And to release.

And to let go.

Work it at your own count number.

Allow yourself to breathe at your own rate.

Taking in breath.

Allowing it to absorb.

Releasing the breath.

And allowing it to let go.

Breath by breath.

Working your way through the cycle of life.

Take it in.

Absorb.

Release.

And let go.

As you get stronger with your breath allow your release to be one breath longer than you take in.

So you slowly find the clarity and release that breathing technique.

And just allow yourself to soften the breath and sit.

Gently bring to mind with your right palm facing up the question that you bring to the rock of wisdom.

Hold the right palm facing up.

Ask the question.

And now allow yourself to sit and breathe.

Slowly at your own pace.

Turn the left palm up and allow any wisdom to come in.

Don't think.

Allow deep wisdom to rise from within you.

Don't control the answer.

Don't bring emotion.

Bring wisdom.

If you feel you are controlling turn both palms down.

Go back to your breathing technique.

Find focus on your breath.

And begin again.

Turn the right palm up.

Ask your question.

And when ready turn the left palm up for wisdom to rise.

Don't try to control.

Don't make conversation with the answers.

Don't argue.

Don't debate.

Just allow what comes from deep within you.

You will feel it as a deep knowing.

For you've known the answer all along.

This moment is about acceptance.

About allowing the wisdom.

Allowing the answer.

About being at peace with the answer.

Allow yourself to feel into both the question and the wisdom that comes.

Don't be afraid to feel,

To smile,

To cry.

Taking a nice deep breath in and breathing it out.

When you're ready open your eyes in your sacred space and just allow yourself to look around.

To sit for just a moment and allow all that wisdom to settle within you.

Don't think about what steps to take.

Don't think about what must happen next.

Just allow the question to be released.

Allow the deep wisdom to settle.

Climb down from your rock and allow yourself a little stroll around your sacred space.

Just contemplating.

Just musing over the thoughts.

Don't be tempted to ask more questions.

Just allow for this moment what has come.

Turn and make your way towards your garden.

Gently reach out and connect to the flowers as you pass through.

Making your way to the sacred door.

Passing through and locking behind.

Making your way down your path.

As you're walking down the path you're walking back into where you are.

Then feeling the breath and connecting again.

Breathing feeling the breath within the body.

Allowing yourself to connect and feel that breath from the feet all the way to the crown.

Breathing bringing the breath down to the feet.

Gently moving the toes.

Breathing through the legs and the hips.

Gently moving.

Breathing through the body to the chest.

Down the arms.

And softly moving the fingers.

Allowing your head to tilt from side to side.

Bringing the knees to your chest and hugging them in tight.

Releasing and stretching the legs out.

Stretching the arms above the head.

A long stretch from fingers to toes.

Opening your eyes and for a moment just laying.

Just breathing.

Just connecting.

Bringing the answers back.

Breathing.

Breath by breath connecting.

The core of this meditation is really powerful. 🫶🏻 There is some occasional background noise, but the meditation itself is so good, I keep coming back.
