Love will blast us to super heights without us leaving the ground.
Love will bring our hearts to a calm reverie bathed in lightness.
Love is the balm that meditates.
Love is nourishment for all disease.
Practice loving kindness every day.

Love is my superpower.

Sit or lie down.

Close your eyes.

Open your chest.

Pull back your shoulders and imagine that the breath is coming from your heart space.

Imagine a radiating light emanating from your heart.

Focus on your heart space and allow the breath to come and go.

Observe the breath as it comes and goes from the heart space and welcome this heart space and feel within that space the energy of love.

Feel the energy of love as you hear these words.

As I clear the blockages as I remove the white noise that makes it difficult to tune into my truth there is a clarity of shifting of moving towards of making creating unfolding revealing a subtle shift the layers of fruition permeate and seep through it's gradual this crystallization it's not forced or crushed in panic or excitement it's tinkered like a single note played a constant hum one single line towards a linking in a folding of arms a cupping of hands it can be seen in the simplest of movements watch the tree outside my door majestically sits with branches strong expansion tendrils that reach upwards seeking to purify to be pure holding up life's force the reverie to the sky whatever comes each day reach up and out reach up and out with just a simple message of love you
