Day 24,

Thrilling Obsession.

Find a comfortable way to sit or lie.

Place your attention on the centre of your chest.

Place your attention on your heart and imagine a bright light is emanating from your solar plexus.

As you breathe in and out,

Allow this light to radiate.

Allow the breath to go deeper now into your belly and then emanate from your chest as you release the breath with the softness of intention.

Bliss.

Find this thrill,

This thrill in gratitude for the breath.

Again,

Take another deep breath into the belly and as you release it,

See the light emanate from your chest with the softness of release and intention in gratitude for the breath.

Allow the motion of the breath to lull you into a sense of relaxation,

A floating of bliss,

A place where you can find peace,

Peace in this moment.

Abandon all comings and goings and doings.

There is nothing to do,

Nowhere to be,

Nowhere to go.

Simply be here with the motion of the breath,

Allowing the waves of the breath to come and go.

Be lulled by this relaxed presence.

Allow the breath to go deeply into your abdomen and open to the moment with abandon as you release the breath.

Feel gratitude like a warm hug embracing you,

Holding you,

Keeping you in this space for this time from where you will step forwards.

Just rest here for now.

Rest with the breath.

Rest with the breath.

Remain in this space of potential.

Focus on the space of your lips with a slight smile.

Breathe into potential.

Let it teach you to see beyond the sky,

Expansion open towards in this stillness.

Feel the aliveness of being.

Give gratitude for your body.

Give gratitude for this time.

Give gratitude to the elements of earth,

Wind,

Fire.

Give gratitude to the connection to feeling grounded,

Being swept away by the love and being burnt by the hurt.

Then free yourself from the shackles.

Revel in the thrill of bliss.

Dwell on what it feels like to appreciate the smallest of things.

Know that these may seem small,

Though are significant as they add up to larger belongings.

Find bliss in each moment.

Appreciate with open arms.

Say thank you and be ready to receive.
