Take a moment to settle in into a comfortable seated position.
If it feels good for you,
Gently let your eyes close and draw awareness to your breath.
Inhaling deeply through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely and exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or worries with each exhale.
Inhaling fully,
Exhaling completely.
Continue like this for the next five breaths,
Allowing your breath to find its natural rhythm.
As you breathe in and out,
Set to visualize a beautiful shimmering golden light enveloping the whole of your body.
Visualize this radiant light flowing in from the crown of your head,
Filling every cell of your being with this warm comforting energy.
Let it trickle down your face,
Your ears,
Your cheeks,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Your hips,
Your legs,
All the way down to the base of your feet.
Feel this radiant shimmering light fill and envelope the whole of you.
And with each inhale,
Feel this golden light intensify,
Expanding and radiating outwards.
And with each exhale,
Feel any anxiety,
Fear,
Or worry begin to dissolve because of this golden light.
Inhaling,
The golden light intensifies,
It expands and radiates outwards.
Exhaling,
You allow this to dissolve any fear,
Any feeling of anxiousness,
And any overthinking.
Allow your awareness to now reside in the space of your heart.
See in the space of your heart a vibrant,
Glowing,
Golden lotus flower that is blooming in the space of your heart.
As you breathe in,
See this lotus flower blossoming,
Its petals unfolding gracefully,
Its energy expanding,
Radiating love and courage throughout the whole of your body.
And with each exhale,
Feel any lingering discomfort,
Tiredness begin to dissolve and melt away.
With each inhale,
Allow your golden lotus to blossom even more,
Filling your being with its empowering presence.
As you exhale,
Allow any fatigue,
Any discomfort to begin to drip,
To dissolve,
And to drop away from you.
Keeping the lotus close to you in the center of your being,
Now visualize a staircase in front of you.
This staircase represents your journey towards stepping into your confidence and your true inner power.
With a deep breath in,
Take your first step onto this staircase.
And as you do,
Feel a sense of relief and calmness wash over you,
Releasing any residual anxiety or doubt that might still be present within you.
Each step in this staircase is sturdy and supportive,
Leading you towards a greater sense of self-confidence.
Continue to climb this staircase and with each subsequent step,
Feel your confidence growing stronger.
Visualize yourself embodying the qualities of resilience,
Self-assurance,
And unwavering belief in your own ability.
As you ascend the staircase,
And feel a gentle breeze brushing against your skin.
With this breeze,
Hear the words of encouragement of the people you love.
Listen closely to the whispers of this loving wind as it reminds you,
It affirms you of your inherent worthiness and your capability.
Let these words of encouragement and these affirmations permeate your being,
Anchoring you in the truth of your confidence.
Now,
As you gradually make your way up,
Reaching the top of the staircase,
Find yourself standing at the edge of a vast and breathtaking landscape.
Take a moment to soak in all that is in front of you and with the next breath,
Take another step entering into this vast,
Breathtaking,
Expansive landscape.
See this vast,
Expansive landscape,
A limitless field and with each step,
Feel this lotus radiating within you,
Its petals blossoming,
Allowing your inner light,
Your radiance to shine.
With each step you take,
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady,
Supportive,
And feel the connection between your feet and the earth.
Feel the connection between this sense of stability,
This sense of safety and your true power,
Your true radiance.
In the distance,
Notice a mirror reflecting back at you.
Gradually approach this mirror with curiosity and anticipation.
With the next couple of steps,
As you approach this mirror,
Gaze deep into this mirror.
Connect and allow your authentic self to be revealed.
See yourself as a radiant being that you truly are,
Free and limitless,
Without doubt,
Without anxiety.
See and feel this radiant golden lotus within you in full bloom.
Embrace your uniqueness and recognize the immense strength that resides within you.
Take a deep breath in and say to yourself,
I am capable,
I am confident,
I am worthy of all the blessings life has to offer me.
