Visualize a beautiful golden and white light entering through your nose.

Visualize this energy traveling to your lungs.

Slowly close your eyes and visualize that for the air you are releasing,
You are letting go of what no longer belongs to you and you start to notice a warm sensation climbing up your toes,
Filling up your feet.
Notice this energy climbing through your lower legs,
Your knees and your upper legs,
Relaxing them deeply.
Observe how your hip,
Stomach and lower back area feel warm and very nice.
And you notice that this warm energy relaxes you deeply.
Your upper back feels so relaxed that you can't move even if you wanted,
But that's ok as you are allowed to let go completely.
Notice this warm feeling climbing through your arms,
Hands and fingers.
Noticing that these are becoming very,
Very heavy and very relaxed.
Notice your neck,
The muscles of your face and your whole head,
Deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
Allow yourself a few moments so this relaxation can take you deeper.
Allow yourself to have until we continue.
Now,
It is time to control your thoughts and we are going to bring relaxation to this as well.
Focus on whatever thought that comes to you.
Don't judge it,
Don't question it,
Don't analyze it.
Yes,
Observe it,
Thank it and set the intention to send it away for this thought to come at a later time.
And as you do,
Visualize how the thought vanishes away.
Continue to do this for any other thoughts that come to you.
Very relaxed while you are at it,
Even if the same thought comes back.
Visualize them flowing away while you visualize mindfulness and wellness.
Do so until we continue.
Now,
It is time to allow an image to pop up in your mind.
An image of a situation that you know you will accomplish.
Something that you desire and you hope to experience.
The first image that appeared to you is the right one.
This is the way for the spirit to give us insight.
Observe how this image forms.
I'll give you a few moments for this.
What are you doing in this situation?
Who is around you?
Is there someone you know?
Is possibly a work situation,
Maybe love or perhaps financial gain?
Maybe you are seeking complete healing.
Anything you see is right and perfect.
And if you don't see anything,
Don't worry.
Don't worry.
It is happening in your subconsciousness.
In some days,
Thoughts will arrive or maybe in the form of dreams.
Make sure to allow yourself to have.
Observe all the details from this situation,
But don't push too hard.
Allow the images to pass.
Don't judge,
But observe your feelings,
Your emotions.
And you will be able to ponder on this later.
