Take another deep breath and this time imagine an orange energy going all the way down to your navel area.
Feeling an orange rose opening and blooming,
Spinning even.
This is your navel chakra.
Take another deep breath and imagine the color of yellow all the way down to your belly button area.
Imagine a yellow rose opening up,
Blooming and spinning evenly.
This is your solar plexus chakra now open and balanced.
Take another deep breath and imagine the color of green all the way down to your chest area.
Imagine a green rose opening up,
Blooming and spinning evenly.
This is your heart chakra now open and balanced.
Take another deep breath and imagine the color of blue going to your throat.
Imagine a blue rose opening and blooming,
Spinning evenly.
This is your throat chakra now open and balanced.
Take another deep breath and imagine the color of indigo going all the way to your forehead between the eyebrows a little above.
And imagine an indigo rose opening and blooming and spinning evenly.
This is your third eye chakra now open and balanced.
Take another deep breath and imagine the color of purple going all the way up to your head a little above.
And imagine the most beautiful rose that you can imagine.
A beautiful and majestic purple rose opening and blooming,
Spinning evenly above your head.
This is your crown chakra now open and balanced.
Take another breath and imagine the color of white filling up your lungs,
Filling up your body,
Energizing all your chakras as they are now active and strong.
This is how it feels to be in balance.
You can return to this place whenever you want.
You just need to use your imagination.
You are in balance.
You are being healed.
