I have a chronic lung disease and often bypass meditations with deep breathing components. I’m glad I tried this today. Finding my own pace at first, I was eventually able to match yours. This was calming and helpful. Touching the fingers to each other in each hand was new to me and a great idea. Thank you for this practice.🪷
