Tight muscles or restlessness,
Feeling heavy,
A need for space or warmth or just silence.
Something.
And you've probably noticed it.
And then you moved past it.
Because there was something else to attend to.
Something more pressing.
Something that couldn't wait.
Your body doesn't argue.
It just keeps asking.
And if we keep not answering,
Eventually it finds a way to be louder.
Tuning in to your body is not a complicated practice.
It's just a willingness to pause long enough to hear what is already there.
So,
Let me ask you.
What is your body asking for right now?
You don't have to have an answer.
Just asking yourself the question is already something.
Now let's listen to some affirmations to support you in this process.

My body is not an inconvenience.

Is not weakness.
