There's a version of the future where conditions are just right.
And you are waiting for it.
I understand this.
Waiting can feel responsible,
Careful.
Like you're protecting yourself from moving before you're ready.
But I also want to gently name what can happen in the waiting.
Because life keeps coming.
And the readiness never quite arrives.
Because readiness was never really the condition.
Fear was.
Now you don't have to be ashamed of feeling fear.
It's just a fear that has been running your timing.
So self-gentleness doesn't want to push you before you're ready.
Not at all.
But self-gentleness does ask you to be honest about what is actually happening.
And sometimes,
Just noticing that,
Can be the first step.
Now let's listen to some affirmations that will support you in this process.
You can repeat them after me,
Or just listen to my voice.
I can be honest about what is holding me back.
I don't need perfect conditions to begin.
I am allowed to move at my own pace.
