Hello dear one It is okay It truly is okay I know you are feeling not so well right now And I don't know what is exactly the cause of it But frankly it doesn't matter Because it is okay It is okay to feel like you are feeling right now It might feel unpleasant But just know that this is a moment in time A moment that will pass Let's sit together and soothe you So make sure that you are sitting comfortable Really comfortable,
Lean against something Feel the support of something in your back Something below your buttocks You can put your feet on the ground if you want to feel that support Or you can fold them with you If you feel like rolling up a little bit Just make sure that your shoulders are relaxed And if you feel tension there then just pull them up And drop them and sigh it out Let's do it together Let's pull up our shoulders and drop them If you like you can hug yourself Just wrap your arms around your body Hold yourself There is such a power in knowing That we can hold ourselves And the most beautiful thing is that our bodies Don't distinguish between someone else holding us And we ourselves holding us When we hold ourselves When we caress ourselves We produce oxytocin And we start to feel better So do it Hug yourself And if it feels good you can even rock a little bit From the left to the right gently Like a flower in a breeze You rock yourself from the left to the right Or if it feels better from the front to the back Rock yourself in a very gentle way Indeed like that flower in the wind Moving gently from one side to the other Can you feel the nourishing power of holding yourself Rocking yourself gently Now notice where your breath is Is it very high in your chest or is it low in your belly?

It is okay Just notice that you keep on breathing naturally And if you feel now that you need to sigh it out Then just sigh it out Let's do it together Let's do it together Let's sigh out and make it really really as long as you can So you breathe in And out Again breathe in And let's sigh it out And let's sigh it out And meanwhile you keep on hugging yourself You keep rocking yourself gently Like that flower in the wind And feel how your body is responding To your own gentle touch You sighing it out You taking a moment to be with yourself If you haven't closed your eyes yet then just close them And just be for a moment with feeling what that rocking does What it means to feel your own hands on your own shoulders Your arms wrapping around you You've got your own back you know You're doing it so well Oh my dear If you feel tears welling up then just cry It's okay Whatever is going on with you now Whether you have to cry or to laugh Whether you feel numb or angry Whether you feel frustrated or overfilled with joy Every emotion is welcome It is okay Whatever is going on right now it is okay You've got your own back You have your own arms wrapped around you You're holding yourself You are soothing yourself And if you feel any unpleasant emotion Then ask yourself What is it that I need right now?
Maybe you want to caress your own hair or your cheek Maybe you just want to cry a little bit Or maybe you want to start thinking about The beautiful things,
The empowering things that are going on in your life Things you are grateful for The people you love The animals you adore A lot in the world is going on but What is also going on is Nature supporting us The earth spinning in perfect orbit The sun coming up every day Giving us light Giving us warmth Making our crops grow That will feed us And we are all in this together That will feed us And you remember all is well All is well Even though you might not feel so good right now Even you might experience emotions that are unpleasant You are here You are holding yourself You are soothing yourself You've got your own back You can trust you You can trust yourself You're doing it really well Even in the middle of all these emotions You are supporting yourself And that,
