Welcome to this meditation where you will tap into the wisdom of your higher self that will remind you that you have the skill and power to stay calm during the most chaotic times.
So just take a moment to get grounded here,
Observing your breathing,
Just getting comfortable but also awake and aware.
Tune in to the feeling of being grounded and being calm.
What does that feel like?
Feel it in your body.
Feel it in your being.
Knowing that the best version of you has already mastered this skill perfectly.
That means the skill and the ability is also within you because you are your best version.
Really tuning in to this feeling,
Feeling as deeply and as fully as you can.
Being with curiosity,
Being in awe at how great it feels to be grounded like this.
And if you have thoughts that are overwhelming,
Just remember you can focus on the in-breath and the out-breath to start calming down your mind.
Now for the next breath,
Contract your muscles of your abdomen as you breathe in and pull the energy up to the top of your head.
So let's do that now.
Contract and breathe in and release.
What you're doing with this technique is you're pulling your mind out of your body and you're freeing yourself back to a place of calm.
Let's do that again.
And hold for five seconds at the top.
And let go.
And again,
Breathing in and contracting.
Right to the top,
Holding for five seconds.
And letting go.
Now reconnecting with the feeling of being grounded and at peace in this moment.
Yet again feeling as deeply as you can feel this.
What advice would your best version,
Your highest self give you right now?
Would they say,
Just let go?
Would they say,
Stop focusing and wasting your energy on the problems,
But instead focus your energy on solutions and positive intentions and thoughts?
This is your chance to listen to your own wisdom.
What do you need to hear right now as you're in this perfect state of receiving this wisdom?
Be grounded in this moment.
Bring a deep sense of gratitude for being alive and being here in this moment.
For being able to connect to your own wisdom.
For everything that your body does to keep you healthy,
To bring you back into balance.

You have the ability to be perfectly grounded even during chaos.
You can stay calm.
You can stay centered.
And that's very,
Very comforting to know.
And yes,
None of us are perfect.
And mastering this takes time.
But by doing this practice today,
You are one step closer.

Because love always finds a way and love will set us free.
Feel the love within.
This may be radiating from your heart or just the general energy within that you can sense.
This is the nature of your true self.
In this feeling you realize that you're whole,
That you're enough and that everything will be fine.
Love will find a way and love will guide the way.
