Boundary Setting Song (Reflective)

When we can set boundaries, our life becomes much easier. When we don't, life can get tricky. However, I know that many of us want to set more boundaries. We simply often lack the tools, guidance and support. I created this song to listen to when needing added support for setting boundaries in your life. As always, in this song I reflect on my journey and struggle(s) with setting boundaries. As a recovering people pleaser, this is a huge part of my journey.
