Whatever it is Learning to embrace the flow And also as a humanity Looking at what serves us The chaos highlighting to us What we need and what we may no longer need Number 3 Fear is not serving you Fear has a very useful intention behind it And that is trying to keep you safe However being stuck in fear Is creating a very unpleasant experience Unless there's a direct threat Fear is not really helping you Unless you're using that energy to solve a problem Fear is only creating a problem and stress in your life We have to remember that the news That people who are trying to sell us certain products Are using fear as a motivator For the example of the news The product they sell is your attention To focus your attention On being grounded,
On being present On enjoying your life Number 4 Focus on the present What is actually happening in your life right now?
Is the chaos even freeing up some things?
Are there new opportunities?
New ways you can live and grow?
