Welcome to this breath work journey.

You'll be inhaling with a full rounded belly through your nose and exhaling out an opened mouth,

Letting the breath fall out naturally.

Let's take a cleansing breath.

Deep belly breath in.

Hold it for a moment at the top.

Let it go with a loud,

Long sigh.

Set your intention for this practice.

Ask and you shall receive.

Hold it as long as you comfortably can.

Resist the first urge to breathe.

If you need to,

Take a quick sip in.

Let it out and hold.

Continue to hold.

Take a breath in when you need to.

Nice,

Deep inhale.

Let it go.

And now,

Just float.

Return to your intention.

Ask,

You shall receive.

Intend,

Very powerful! I have ADHD so my mind tends to wander. The breath work on the front end with the quick cues helped me to keep my mind focused and with the breath so there wasn’t space for my mind to wander which was great. By the time we made it to floating and being with intention, I was focused and could stay with the intention. What a gift. Thank you!

Wow, I LOVE this! I’ve been doing more breathwork lately and I love this style of starting slow, building, slowing down again and then intensifying. It’s a bit chaotic feeling but I imagine it teaches the nervous system that it is possible to find calm even within chaos. The reminder to return to intention throughout was super helpful too. I’ll be back to this!
