And I am honored to take you through this 7-11 breathwork practice.
We'll be breathing for three minutes,
However,
In just two minutes,
This practice will activate your vagus nerve,
Which will then send a signal to your parasympathetic nervous system to turn it up so that you move more deeply into rest and calm beauty,
And taking you out of that fight or flight sympathetic nervous system stuckness.
Let's take a cleansing breath to begin.
