If you prefer, you can also breathe through your nose with your lips closed—just ensure your breaths are powerful and deep. Let out slowly,

Lower and gently press your belly out as you relax and hold.

Notice subtle shifts and changes,

Tinglings,

Sensations of coolness,

Natural,

And is your body alkalinizing.

Gently press your belly out,

Notice shifts and changes,

Softening the space between your eyebrows,

Smoothing out your forehead,

Releasing your jaw,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Entire body,

Relax the pelvic floor,

Press your belly out,

Relax everything and hold,

Release it out and hold.

Hold your breath out and that it is in this space and stillness,

Continue to hold your breath as long as you can,

Resisting the first urge to breathe,

If you have a question,

Ask it in your mind,

Deep inhale,

As you return to your natural breath,

As we allow a little time,

Most people are breathing anywhere from 14 to 20 breaths per minute,

When you slow down your breath,

You thus have the ability to bring yourself out of fight or flight,

You improve your immune system,

You integrate naturally trauma,

You regulate your nervous system,

Every single function aspect,

Including your ethereal body,

All benefits from slower,

Deeper breaths,

Humans are the only species alive that can regulate their nervous system through breath,

As you move into the rest of your day,

Let deep conscious breathing be your guide,
