this was a transcendent and soothing breathwork practice for me this morning. I’m really grateful for the opportunity to practice square breathing and equal breathing in a round style format. it felt nice to engage my breath in a less rigorous way (ex: holotropic breathing). all in all, I was able to gain a bit more clarity on grace as a deterrent to anxiety; the more one abides, the more one can trust. the more one trusts, the less one worries. grateful for this practice πŸ˜ŒπŸ™πŸΎ.
