Welcome to this Soul Star Chakra Meditation.
My name is Jolie Wilson and I'll be guiding you through this journey today.
Allow yourself to be comfortable,
Perhaps laying down or sitting up.
Allow yourself to settle.
We'll be moving through the seven most well-known chakras before we move into the Soul Star Chakra.
Take a few deep breaths.
Breathing in through your nose.
In through your lips.
EJ long slow exhale.
Expanding.
Exhale.
Releasing.
Relaxing.
Again.
Big full round belly.
Exhale.
Moving deeper and deeper into relaxation.
There's nowhere you need to go.
Nothing you need to do.
Just allow yourself to be,
To relax.
As we move through this journey,
Draw your awareness to the base of your spine,
To the root chakra.
Envision the color red filling the space as you breathe.
All the way down and into this energy center.
Spend a few quiet moments with this red root chakra until you feel completely grounded in your environment.
Shift your attention now to your pelvic region.
Right between your hips.
This area is home to your sacral chakra.
Beautiful luminous orange.
Envision an orange glow filling this area of your body.
Spend a few moments breathing into this space.
Feel a sense of radiant energy building in your sacral chakra.
Next hold your attention just above your belly button.
This is the home of your solar plexus chakra.
The color here is yellow.
Imagine a yellow light filling this entire part of your body.
Breathe deeply into your solar plexus.
Feel this yellow light expanding and radiating.
Draw your attention now to your heart space.
Right in the center of your chest.
Your heart chakra color is green and perhaps pink.
Imagine a green light filling this space within you.
Allow your entire chest to open,
Your shoulders to soften.
Spend a few moments here feeling completely balanced and open in your heart chakra.
Shift your awareness now slowly to your throat chakra.
Hold your attention in the center of higher communication.
Breathe a loving blue light into this throat space as you ground yourself here.
Hold your attention in the space between your brows now.
This is the area that is home to your third eye chakra.
The color here is indigo.
Imagine a beautiful indigo glow filling this space in your mind,
Helping you to feel clear and calm.
Holding your awareness now at the crown of your head.
Imagine a violet glow filling the entire space of your head.
Allow all thoughts to dissolve as you can come into complete harmony with the present moment.
Stay here for a few breaths while you prepare yourself to move beyond your physical body.
When you are ready,
Move to your soul star chakra.
Envision the violet glow shifting now into gold.
Witness it becoming smaller and smaller until it is the size of a pearl.
Then gently imagine this golden pearl moving beyond your physical body and hovering just a few inches above your crown.
Can you feel vibration untangling all through your scalp?
See if you can keep your focus here as you breathe.
If for any reason visualizing the golden pearl is challenging,
You can tune into this space just above your head to the power of your awareness and feeling alone.
See if you can stay centered here for three minutes,
Meditating on this soul star space with openness,
Non-judgment,
And zero expectation of what your experience will be like.
Remember,
Openings are often subtle,
Expanding slowly over time.
Take a long,
Deep,
Full breath,
Breathing fully into your soul star chakra.
Envision this gold pearl now opening up.
As you notice it slowly turning into a golden lotus flower.
It continues to grow,
It becomes petal after petal,
Row after row of gold,
White,
Silver,
Glittery,
Luminous light.
Continue to breathe.
You feel this flower growing bigger,
Expanding more,
Seeing within it infinite,
Infinite rows of petals yet to unfold.
No beginning,
Infinite yet to unfold.
Breathe deeply and rest in this beautiful awareness of your soul star chakra.
Gently now you'll guide your attention back to your crown and then deeper into your physical body.
Spend some time reconnecting with the earthly plane,
Feeling sensation in fingers and toes,
Connecting to your physical body,
Arms and legs,
Belly,
Chest,
And head.
Feeling so much gratitude for this beautiful,
This perfect temple,
This vessel carrying your soul through this life.
Send thanks to this body.
Give thanks for all that you are.
Give thanks for the infinite choices and possibilities.
I invite you to come back to this meditation often so you can gradually expand your spiritual depth and wisdom.
Eventually moving through this meditation you may have spirit guides and messages from spirit come through.
