Allow yourself long,

Deep,

Round scent into the depths of your being.

Let your breath be the guide,

A sacred seed planted in the fertiless,

As if it were all.

With this intention sealed now in the sacred chamber of your heart,

Allow awareness to travel through the body now,

On a sacred journey of sensation.

Simply feel each part as it is mentioned,

And without moving,

Remain.
