Solfeggio Chakra Clearing (Guided Meditation)

Each chakra resonates at a specific frequency. These frequencies have been carefully blended with music in this guided meditation to balance and clear each chakra. Starting with the root center the vocal guidance and music move you gently from one chakra to the next ending with the crown centre at the top of the head. Each section has been enhanced with the vibration of that specific center.

Having done this meditation now 8 months after my review, it is easy to follow. The tingling sensation is almost immediate…relaxing and energizing at the same time.
Written originally …. This is a meditation I will return to in order to get the full benefit. I found myself trying too hard for the first two chakras. By the third chakra I let go and was completely relaxed. I found that the changes in background music were very helpful and enjoyable. It was a great way to start the day. Thank you.
