Enlightenment comes with the idea of something that is beyond the reach of everyday people. Yet this is not the case and these lessons have been crafted to provide the tools, insights, and experience that allow a moment of satori. A glimpse of enlightenment. It is so close because it is your nature to be peaceful, satisfied, clear, inspired and to be happy, joyful, and enthusiastic. These are all aspects of your natural self. Nothing is missing within you, only the subtle shift of perspective and the knack of allowing. For 19 days, each session will serve as a personal guide to support you to step into the flow of your nature and reconnecting to your Self.


Meet your Teacher

Peter has been on the Path since he can remember asking the questions, "Who am I?, What is purpose?, How do I work this?" Over the past 40-plus years he has looked for the answers in the world of Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Modern Spiritual research. However, it was in 2004, when Peter finally had his own direct experience of 'Satori' ( a glimpse of Enlightenment) while participating in the Enlightenment Intensive process. Peter then spent the next 12 years unpacking its secrets and understanding the keys that created this shift in consciousness. Since 2017 he has been working exclusively to serve others. He intends to share how a direct experience of self-realization is openly accessible and available to everyone free from the need for any scripture, guru, or religious structure.

Lesson 1

Introduction

We start with a grounded explanation of what is ‘Self-Realization’ and the intention of this course. The session includes a fundamental ‘practice of presence’ meditation which serves as the foundation for you to connect to your authentic Being.

This meditation guides you to become present through a deep awareness of your physical experience. By being grounded in the physical body you are able to detect and respond to signals that arise from your body’s intelligence.

Honesty & Compassion

An opportunity to embrace your shadow. We all have behaviors that are judged as being inappropriate or destructive, such as anger, rage, or impatience. However, it is to heal these parts you greatly benefit by honestly accepting who you are in all your aspects, yet with awareness and compassion.

Lesson 4

Centered In The Observer

An essential skill to develop is your skill to be absolutely ‘here and now’ without thoughts that are holding you back or blocking the flow of your well being. The practice of being consciously connected to your awareness.

Building Inner Strength

Here you will start to develop the inner strength that is available to you from a place of relaxed presence. As this essential skill grows you will be able to face almost any life situation with calm, clarity, and certainty. Additionally, your capacity to focus with a more decisive intention will propel you into moving through life with confidence and resolve.

Being Vulnerable

With the essential practice of presence now established, you are invited to expand your awareness to connect more with your heart. This step opens up an understanding of the intimate relationship between body and heart inviting the capacity to allow vulnerability, yet remaining safe in your own space.

Commitment & Purpose

Naturally, sometimes we are challenged which can be hard. Here you are invited to review your commitment to the realization of your natural Self. This helps to strengthen a clear sense of focused intention that brings more knowledge of your unique purpose.

Lesson 8

Love & Gratitude

By deliberately activating the heart centre you connect more strongly to how you feel. When that happens you are naturally able to open and allow whatever is alive in you to arise from your heart. By being aware of how you feel now you can then intend to elevate your experience to one of love and gratitude.

Lesson 9

I am Safe, I Am Abundant, I Am Worthy

In this lesson, you will learn how to create a safe inner space that is beautifully relaxing. This allows for a deeper inquiry into your Essential Self where you can listen to the messages that are constantly being broadcast from your body and heart. This is a skill to practice every day until it becomes natural for you to listen to your inner wisdom.

Creating Harmony & Balance

Inner Balance is like tuning an instrument. We continue to bring body, heart, mind, and spirit more into tune each day so that the melody you create is joyful and beautiful. The more you are in tune, the better you feel. The better you feel the more in tune you become.

Grounded Body, Open Heart & Beautiful Mind

Now you can begin to invite your mind to be embraced in the space of your consciousness. Here you are introduced to the three main areas of your mind and how to recognize and understand them in your meditation.

Creating Inner Space

The practice continues by focusing on improving your ability to move into stillness. This is an important skill as it naturally balances your body, heart, and mind creating the right environment for your practice to develop. As this skill improves you will find a freshness in your energy and mood that is both delightful and liberating.

What Is It Like To Be Fulfilled?

This meditation is contoured to create a space of allowing any resistance to melt allowing you to step into the delicious feeling of being fulfilled. So much energy is lost in unnecessary thinking and also clinging on to grudges, desires, being attached to being unhappy, and addictions to things that we use to try and feel good.

How To Let Go Of Grudges

To keep our inner world clear it is a wonderful feeling to be free from the bondage of holding a grudge. In this session, you will learn how to let go of any grudges you may still carry that hold you back. By letting go of unnecessary baggage you allow for your natural peace, joy, and abundance to arise, more and more.

I Am, I Create

This is not a manifestation course yet you are constantly creating through the decisions that arise within you every day. This vital meditation is key to knowing how you can open and allow more of what you long for to enter your life by being clear as to what it is you are focused on.

Boundaries

This powerful session brings together the fundamental steps that you have been practicing with a guided visualization that literally ‘lifts you off the ground’ and supports you to rest in a space where you are safe and expansive. This is a feeling of absolute freedom from any limitations.

No Footprints In A Clear Sky

This session crystallizes the essential aspects of the course inviting you to completely merge with the Source of Who you Are and to experience directly your essential Self.

Returning To The Marketplace

How do you bring this new awareness into the world? It is the real test of your practice to be able to be in the World with strength and integrity. By developing your practice, according to your truth, you can embrace the world as if it is spinning in your hand. Your daily life becomes lighter, more joyful, more loving and so much richer.
