A binaural instrumental version of the guided meditation of the same title. The deep and intense sounds are focused around the deep chanting of 'Aum' with some supporting tones to support the listener to be present and still. There is no end bell so you may also find this helpful for moving into a deep sleep.

Perfect - traditional. Nice that no chime punctuates at the end so you can keep going in silence.

I loved this - deep and low frequency. I wish it was a little longer.

Just to let you know, this scared the living crap out of me (don’t panic, kind of in a good way). I don’t give up control, which is one reason why I practice meditation. The deep growling sound (I see now was a “chant”), was my focal point, when I was in focus. That’s what scared me. I’m not sure exactly where in the piece, I jerked out of a trance, I’m not even sure I was breathing I was so deep in. I felt the music, but didn’t hear it the entire time I was “out” (could have been minutes, could have been seconds) and I know I wasn’t asleep, I just got up a bit ago. I loved this. I felt as if I was in the belly of the beast, safe and sound, like being in the eye of a tornado, safe and peaceful, till it stops. Like I was conquering it. When I came out I was still able to ride this but me being me, was cautious and didn’t get back to the trance. Bookmarking this, I will ride it again soon. Thanks for sharing this. I know this review is all over the place, but I need to write my experiences down, analyze them. Thanks for sharing this piece.
