Meditation Timer OnlineAfter what he likes to call his Mindful Midlife Crisis which hit when he turned 40, Alex retrained with Mindfulness UK to teach mindfulness and compassion. With the onset of the pandemic in 2020, Alex quickly got himself on Zoom and started to host 30m guided meditation drop-ins. As he writes this in December 2025, the sessions continue, with 12 online drop-ins a week split between 30m and 15m sessions, and over 4500 sessions run. Alex comes to Insight Timer to offer more ways for people to meditate with him, and also to share his other passion; working with inks, energy and spirit. Talismanic Intentions is a process which transforms a block, a challenge or a limiting belief into something more validating, encouraging and empowering. It can also bring through a message from a higher or future self, or share a message back with a younger self that needs support. Through an intimate conversation a talisman is created with the darker centre slowly being surrounded by other more positive values, intentions and areas of our lives. This is all sprinkled with a little magic, a little spirit or a little of the unseen, with the final creation being a complete mystery until the very end.
