
2 Minute Reset
Have you been sitting too long? Just had a bit of an argument with someone? Received an e-mail which you don't want to open? Maybe you're feeling a bit of brain fog after being on your screen too long, focusing on a task for a long time or just need to shift your energy. In this 2 minute reset exercise, I guide you through a few steps to connect with your body, to focus on physical sensation and the slight movement we experience when standing. By giving our brains something new, something different to focus on, we give the rest of the brain a rest and a chance to reset, before we get back to whatever we need to do next.
