Transmuting Dense Heavy Energy - Personal Space And Self

This visualisation practice involves the conjuring of a ball of light which absorbs the dense, heavy energy and transmutes it.

Visualise the dense heavy energy being drawn out and swirling around the ball of light, being absorbed into the ball of light and being transmuted into light itself.

This practice works with the energy in your room, and in your physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.

I do not currently include musical backing tracks to my meditations. My guided meditations involve stillness and silence when you do not hear my voice.
