Following a year's residency in the Nobel peace prize-nominated Buddhist monk Thích Nhat Hạnh's Plum Village, Joe spent two years travelling, songwriting, singing and offering guided relaxations at festivals, retreats, protest camps and demonstrations, with organisations including Extinction Rebellion and the Quakers.
