Welcome to your surrender EFT tapping meditation.
We're going to start by sitting up and getting comfortable.
With EFT tapping,
It's going to be easiest to sit up,
But if you need to lie down,
That can work too.
This EFT tapping meditation is going to help you focus on surrendering to anything you're stuck on right now.
I want you to think about letting it all go during this meditation.
Other things are going to come up for you and that's okay.
We want to acknowledge,
But also let those thoughts know that we will come back to them.
This is our time to relax and fully focus on surrendering.
It's very possible that during this meditation and moving all this energy through you,
That you hear some messages come through for you.
And I want you to just listen to anything that you hear come through because tapping is so powerful and it moves so much through our bodies.
Okay,
Now we're going to begin.
I want you to first think about whatever you feel is holding you back from surrendering.
Or think about anything you're having trouble surrendering to and think about that charge you feel when you think about how you just can't surrender and how you just feel a little bit stuck and rate that charge on a scale from one to 10.
Ten being the strongest.
Okay,
When I start,
I'm going to tell you where all the tapping points are before I say this tapping statement for that point.
And when I say the tapping statements,
You can feel free to say them after or just repeat them in your head.
Whatever works best for you.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Okay,
Starting to tap on the karate chop point on the side of our hand for the setup statement.
I surrender and I fully love and accept myself.
Sometimes it's hard to let go and surrender,
But I know I can get there and I fully love and accept myself anyway.
I feel fully surrendered in this moment and I fully love and accept myself.
Eyebrow all of the stress.
Side eye all of the anxiety.
Under eye all of the pain I feel right now.
Under nose,
I want to release that.
Under mouth,
It doesn't feel good to hold on to this energy.
Shoulder bone,
I want to release this energy so I'm not spending so much time being controlled by it.
Under your armpit,
It's not serving me to feel controlled by this energy.
Above your head,
I want to release that feeling of being controlled by this energy.
Okay,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
This energy isn't aligned with how I want to feel.
Side eye,
I want to release all that isn't allowing me to fully feel how I want to.
Under eye,
I want to fully surrender.
Under nose,
I want to release what isn't allowing me to fully surrender.
Under mouth,
I want to feel the weight come off of my shoulders.
Collar bone,
I want to release all that feels heavy to me right now.
Under your armpit,
I want to fully surrender.
Top of your head,
I want to fully surrender.
Okay,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
What if it was easy to fully surrender?
Side eye,
What if it wasn't as hard as it seems sometimes?
Under eye,
What if I could easily release what wasn't serving me?
Under nose,
What if I could easily release whatever had a hold on me?
Under mouth,
To get myself to fully surrender.
Collar bone,
What if it was that easy?
Under your armpit,
What if I was unburdened?
Top of your head,
What if it wasn't hard to surrender?
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I fully surrender.
Side eye,
I can fully surrender very easily.
Under eye,
I don't have trouble surrendering.
Under nose,
Surrendering comes very easily to me.
Under mouth,
I just let go of anything I feel is controlling me.
Collar bone or anything I feel the constant need to control.
Under your armpit,
I release it.
Top of your head,
So I can get to this fully surrendered state.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I know that whatever is going to happen is going to happen.
Side eye,
I'm okay with that.
Under eye,
I want to stop wasting my energy trying to control things.
Under nose or being controlled by things.
Under mouth,
I want to let things be.
Collar bone,
I want to fully surrender.
Under your armpit,
When I fully surrender,
I am more productive in my life.
Top of your head,
I am fully surrendered.
Okay.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I am free.
Side eye,
I am fully surrendered.
Under eye,
I will not limit myself through control.
Under nose,
I am open to all possibilities.
Under mouth,
Because I fully surrender to all possibilities.
Collar bone,
Whatever is meant to happen will happen.
Under your armpit,
I am fully surrendered.
Top of your head,
I am fully surrendered.
Okay.
Take a last big breath in and out.
That concludes the tapping part of this meditation.
Now I want you to think about the same thing that you graded at the beginning of the session.
And when you think about whatever you're having trouble surrendering to and whatever charge you felt when you thought about that,
I want you to grade the same thing now from one through ten,
Ten being the strongest.
And hopefully your number went down after moving all of that energy through your body.
And if you want,
You can do this tapping routine over again in order to move more energy through.
