Welcome to your happy morning meditation.
This meditation is perfect for you if you just want to get in that good,
Happy place to start your day.
You can do this meditation while you're laying in bed right before you get up in the morning.
So you can go ahead,
Get comfortable,
Close your eyes.
And we're going to start by taking a deep breath in and out.
And in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
Sometimes we can fall into a low place or a place where we just feel a little more down.
But sometimes we have to remind ourselves what truly makes us happy and just show ourselves how to get to that happy place.
And that's okay.
Everybody goes through that.
And the more we can get ourselves to that happy place,
The more all of our decisions in our day are going to continue to get and keep us into that happy place.
That feel good place that we want to be.
Right now,
I want you to think about a place that you've been or even just a scenario of something that you've been through that made you really happy.
Whether just whatever event that you can think of or if it was a place you traveled to.
Just start to picture that place.
Picture you in it.
And just think about the smells that you're smelling right now and different things that you're seeing.
Just really paint a whole picture in your head and put yourself in that place.
More importantly,
I want you to feel the happiness that you felt while you were in that place.
Just feel how good it feels,
How light and tingly and airy it makes you feel.
And we're going to move that through our body right now.
So just feel that feeling starting right at the top of your head.
And we're going to imagine it moving down through your jaw,
Down through your neck,
Down to your chest and both of your arms.
Down through your stomach and down over both your hips and then down both of your legs all the way down to your feet.
And just feel that happy energy.
Feel it everywhere in your body right now.
And yes,
That is coming from the scenario that we're visualizing,
But it's something that you can also take with you.
You can take with you to your day and that happy energy can help you create and find more happy energy throughout your day.
So we're going to start to get out of this meditation.
So you can go ahead and finish with one last big breath in and out.
And you can go ahead and open your eyes.
And I hope you have such a good rest of your day and you can remember where you were during this meditation.

The place that brought you that happy feeling and you can reach for it whenever you need it.
And then you can just take that into everything that you do today.
