Hello beautiful souls,
Thank you so much for joining me today in this practice.
I would like you to start by making yourself nice and comfortable either sitting up straight or laying down somewhere.
Now start by checking in with your heart,
Head and body.
Bring yourself into the present moment by asking yourself,
What is my experience right now?
Your thoughts,
Your feelings and sensations.
Acknowledge and register your current experience even if it is uncomfortable.
What words are you saying to yourself?
What images are coming to mind?
Are you feeling excited,
Sad,
Anxious,
Mad,
Joyful or just neutral?
What kind of physical sensations are you feeling?
Tightness,
Lightness,
Maybe some tingling.
Now I'd invite you to take a breath.
Direct your awareness to your breathing.
With each inhale,
Your chest expands.
With each exhale,
Your chest contracts.
Allow your breath to function as an anchor to bring you into the present and help you tune into a state of awareness and stillness.
Now expand your awareness outward and observe.
Expand your field of awareness around and beyond your breathing so that it includes a sense of the body as a whole.
And further outward to what is happening around you.
Sounds,
Smells.
Now let your attention move into the world around you,
Sensing how things are right now.
Be curious,
Be open.
Continue your day without expectation and allow new opportunities to open up to you.
You can be very surprised for what happens next after having created this beautiful space.
Thank you so much for joining me today in this practice.
My name is Nii.
I'd appreciate if you can please leave a review and if you like you can even make a donation from my heart to yours.
Namaste.
Colours day.
