In order to see change in the world,
We have to embody that change that we want to see.
What do you want the world to look like?
And what qualities and habits do you need to embody to bring in that world?
Regardless of what faith you have,
Regardless of what philosophies you subscribe to,
We all wish for a better world with more peace.
It is very powerful to imagine this world in our mind.
So we can start bringing in these beautiful changes.
There is no point to scream what is bad about the world,
But not changing yourself,
Because that changes very little.
You will just be met with resistance.
Instead focus on the person that you can be and the change that you can be.
Imagine yourself in this peaceful world that you dream of.
What are you like?
What qualities do you have?
What do you look like?
What are you wearing?
What do you have for breakfast?
What do you have for lunch?
What do you have for dinner?
Or maybe you're fasting?
How do you spend your day today?
What do you do for work?
Or maybe you've combined play,
Fun and work?
Any answer that comes up is perfect.
It's your higher self talking to you.
We all have access to this.
What do you see in the world?
Imagine yourself walking through a city center.
How do people greet each other?
See people talking to each other of all ages,
Looking in many different ways,
But being united at the core.
Smiling,
Laughing,
Hugging,
Caring for nature together.
Running courses are looking after Mother Nature.
Going on beautiful hikes together,
Swimming in the lake,
Caring for those who struggle a bit more in life,
Making sure that no one is forgotten.
Holding space for people who struggle.
Holding space for difficult people.
Not being under the illusion that we can suddenly create a world where everything is airy-fairy and everything is sunshine and rainbows.
Knowing that struggle and suffering is part of the human experience,
But we can make it more beautiful if we all are connected to our heart and we all hold that wish in our hearts to have a glorious future in the present moment.
Deep gratitude.
Thank you for doing this meditation with me.
Let's keep hope,
Let's stay in our light and let's give space for the struggle of others and our own struggle,
Facing it with non-judgmental awareness and love,
Compassion and patience.
Let's be the change that we want to see.
Have a beautiful day.
Much love to you.
