With the beach,
Not only do we have the powerful healing effect of the sun,
But we also have the water.
And that is key in life,
To flow more like water and be less in resistance.
And the sun just reminds us of what a blessing it is to be alive.
How much beauty and light there is in the world.
It reconnects us with the joy of being alive.
When we bask in the rays of the sun,
That creates a very special feeling.
So even if you can't travel to a beach right now physically,
You can travel to the most perfect beach in your mind.
So start to imagine this place,
This beach that is just perfect for you.
There can be as many and as few people there as you like.
The beach could stretch out very long.
Or maybe it's just a small little beach next to some cliffs.
You know exactly what your beach looks like.
And start to picture yourself on this beach,
Taking in the healing rays of the sun.
Breathing slowly and mindfully,
To fully be in the moment.
Letting the sun cast away any heaviness and anything that has been pulling you down,
It just cleanses you with a striking simplicity,
But also immense healing power.
As you feel the sand that you are resting on,
You can't help but feel extremely grounded.
Deeply connected to Mother Earth.
Breathing slowly and fully being in this moment.
Deeply connected with Mother Earth.
Feeling the warm sand on your feet.
And running your hands through the sand as well.
What a relief to be here.
Oh how the stresses just fade away.
How simple and beautiful life is.
How rejuvenating.
How rebalancing.
Feeling deep gratitude in your entire being and body,
As you get to enjoy this healing bliss.

So adding another element to the healing.
Being as present as you are,
You carefully observe the waves and the water.
You hear the sound of the water,
Of the waves.
And you can't help but realize how it also washes away the tension that you've been carrying around with you.
It is the perfect moment for a release.
And as you breathe in,
You breathe in healing.
And as you breathe out,
You release.
Anything that does not serve you is now ready to be released.
As the waves crash.
For the final element,
You feel in your nostrils how fresh the air is.
Breathing in true rejuvenation for your body.
That gives your body the fuel that it needs so it can do the miraculous healing job that it always does.
How all these functions in your body work without you having to do a thing.
How your heart beats.
How you digest food.
How all of your senses work.
And yes,
We may face complications.
And we may face health challenges that make some of our senses and some of our functions work a little less good.
But nothing is stopping your body from doing its job of healing.
And doing so much without you having to do a thing.
All you need to do is show up and try to think thoughts that create positive emotions.
That create an environment of thriving and healing.
And then your body can come back into balance.
That is the foundation of true healing.
Lie down on the beach now.
And as you breathe in slowly,
Breathe in deep gratitude for your body and everything it does to heal itself.
Making a mental note that you will get out of your body's way and you will aim not to worry about things so much but just let it get on with the healing where your body can heal.
Making another mental note that your job is to create an environment where your body can heal.
Deep gratitude.
Breathing in healing and gratitude.
And breathing out resistance,
Fear.
Where your body can heal.
All the elements are right there supporting you.
The sun is kissing your skin.
The water is there in the background reminding you to flow with life.
The sand grounds you.
And the fresh air rejuvenates you.
Giving you new life in every moment.
You are supported.
You are guided.
You have infinite inner wisdom.
And you are loved.
You are whole.
You are enough just as you are.
You're healing.
Your body is doing miraculous work to heal you all the time.
You are healthy.
You are well.
You are thriving.
Thank you.
