Her journey began over 20 years ago as she sought to manage her own stress and anxiety, which led her to a spiritual school where she spent over four years studying and developing her intuitive gifts.

How To Guide To Shift Your Thoughts
We'll be discussing various ways to shift the energy of your thoughts. The biggest component to shift the energy of your thoughts is feeling. But how do you feel better? We'll look at the power of gratitude, laughter, breathing techniques, and more. I'll be sharing my favorite affirmations and one that helped me get through a difficult period of life where the future was uncertain.
Lección 3
Unwind Your Mind
We'll discuss the best way to prep the subconscious before sleep and when we wake up. Closing out with a self love mind meditation focusing on releasing the thoughts that no longer serve you and calling on the higher vibrational thoughts bringing in more love and joy into your life.
