We're Meant To Have The Full Range Of Human Emotion
This emotion we've called anxiety is part of the range of human emotions that are universal, not personal. We don't need to look at emotions as problems we need to solve.

You Can Take Back Your Time And Follow Your Dreams
When we stop trying to manage anxiety, we suddenly have so much more time available to us. We're free to follow our dreams and create what we want for our life.

Peace Is Always Present
Underneath a feeling of anxiety -- or any feeling -- is a foundation of peace. We can let go of any labels related to emotions, because all emotions are neutral.

We Can Stop Trying To Control Our Everyday Circumstances
It can take a while to see this truth, but everything we experience comes from within us. A person or circumstance cannot create a feeling of anxiety, and that is the most freeing news ever.

There Is Nothing Wrong With You
The feeling we've called anxiety doesn't indicate that there is a problem; we can simply be with it -- and with ALL human emotions -- without judgment or worry. We are free.

I loved this course and found it really helpful listening to Mary's own story of how her understanding of the feeling of anxiety changed. I love that there is nothing we need to do - that all emotions are meant to flow through us. So freeing. Thank you Mary x

Very helpful course to stop having to manage anxiety. Full of personal anecdotes that really helped to make the point that we’re all ok regardless to how we are feeling
