Coherence and Guided Experience
In this session I'll share the underlying principle for the 4 Questions process, and I’ll guide you through a thought experiment where you'll be invited to identify a challenging situation in your life, and by asking a specific set of questions, we’ll explore how you might begin opening a door to another way of being with that particular situation -- possibly helping you to begin to access a greater state of coherence.

Grounding and Centering and the Basic 4 Questions Guided Process
Bringing our awareness to how the body is feeling can sometimes help us to feel more grounded and centered regardless of what’s happening. When we have an expanded awareness of our whole Being, this can help even more. In this session, we’ll go over a brand new approach to getting grounded and centered. From there I’ll guide you through the Basic 4Questions for Inner Alignment Practice.

What Do My Responses mean?
After experiencing the 4 Questions Basic Process, you might be wondering, "what did my responses mean?"
Of course, you are the expert on your own experience and you might already have a clear sense of what that is for you. But if it’s not 100% clear, or if you hit something that has you wondering, "what the heck was that???"
Here’s how we can interpret what comes up, from a 4Questions perspective.
