Over the next seven days, Teresa will play her crystal sound bowls, tuned specifically to each chakra’s frequency, in a 5 to 10-minute sound bath. We will begin by slowing down and getting connected through breath work and meditative centering techniques. Once the mind is quiet, Teresa will begin bringing in bathing sound frequencies and vibrations with her crystal bowls, interjecting tips for keeping each chakra clean, cleared, and balanced. Root Charkra Sound Bath

After getting centered and spiritually connected through breathwork, we will set our intentions for balancing the root chakra, bringing in sound frequency to flow into our trillions of cells and into this energy center; located at the base of our spine, cleansing, clearing, and helping to stabilize and ground this area. This specific frequency associated with the root chakra helps to harmonize and balance our sense of safety, survival, and security. The root chakra represents our foundation and connection to Earth. Sacral Chakra Sound Bath

After getting centered and spiritually connected through breathwork, we will set our intentions for balancing the sacral chakra, bringing in sound frequency to flow into our trillions of cells and into this energy center; located just below the belly button, cleansing, clearing, and helping to stabilize and ground this area. This specific frequency associated with the sacral chakra helps to harmonize and balance our sense of passion: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. After getting centered and spiritually connected through breath work we will set our intentions for balancing the solar plexus chakra, bringing in sound frequency to flow into our trillions of cells and into this energy center; located just above the belly button, cleansing, clearing, and helping to stabilize and ground this area. This specific frequency associated with the solar plexus chakra helps to harmonize and balance our confidence levels and motivation in life. The solar plexus chakra governs our ability to feel in control of our lives and to have a positive sense of self and purpose. This specific frequency associated with the heart chakra helps to harmonize and balance our emotions and is the "bridge" for all chakras.
