Smudging Prayer

Join me in clearing the stale and stagnant energies in your environment by opening up your doors and windows and then settling in for this short smudging prayer to send the lower frequency energies into the light and replace them with high vibes!

Hi friends,

My name is Theresa Marie and today I wanted to share with you a smudging prayer that I use when I want to move stagnant or stale energies out of my home,

Feeling the low frequency and wanting to bring in higher frequency energy for my family and for my space.

So if you'd like to join me,

I'd like to begin by closing our eyes and taking a deep,

Relaxing breath together.

We can begin to shift our awareness within as we ask our angels to call upon our team of guides,

Ascended masters,

And my higher self as well.

We ask our angels and guides to enter into this present point of time,

Entering into my home,

Filling my home with the highest vibration of love,

Light,

And divine frequency.

I call upon Archangel Michael to usher out and release into the light any lower vibrations of fear,

Negativity,

Or stuck or stagnant energies.

I call upon Archangel Asriel to release any earthbound attachments,

Lower vibrational beings,

And anything that does not serve in creating a safe,

Happy,

Harmonious environment for me to live in.

I call upon Archangel Raphael,

Who is the angel of healing,

To be with us now.

Angels,

Please fill the entire building with light,

Bringing in love,

Joy,

Peace,

And harmony.

Raise the vibration and release all that no longer serves the highest and best of all involved.

I ask that you surround my entire home with an orb of light.

I ask that anything inside of this light not aligned with unconditional love or that does not have the highest interest of humanity in all beings be released into the light of the divine.

I call upon love,

Peace,

Harmony and well-being,

And divine presence to take its place.

Thank you,

Angels,

For filling my entire home with light.

Flow light into every corner,

Crevice,

And cabinet.

Under and around the furniture,

Clothes,

And all of my belongings.

Under the floors,

In between the walls,

And above the roof.

Cleanse the energy and elevate the vibration above,

Below,

Beside,

And all around me.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

For filling my entire home with light,

Cleansing all that no longer serves,

And raising the vibration in the way that will most serve me and the highest good of all involved.

I ask this according to divine will,

And I thank you for your support and love and frequency,

And so it is.

Or you can stay in this energy and continue to sit with your angels and guides.

Lovely and powerful prayer - I could immediately feel my hands tingling. This is the third smudge of our new residence, which is a beautiful space physically and spiritually. I didn’t smudge our last residence. I was miserable for 12 years there. Nine of my cats crossed during the years I was there. It was a house full of grief and stagnation. My body fell apart as did my mental health. Thankful that heaviness is GONE. Blessings to all who use this prayer. Thank you Teresa🙏💞💞
