We all have two sides of ourselves: one that is more "yang" (the "doing" part of ourselves) and another side that is more "yin" (the "being," relaxed part of ourselves). This experiential and visual meditation honors these two seemingly opposing sides of you, so you can honor both sides and experience greater balance.
