There is a meditation that cleanses the heart.
It opens and heals the heart,
Which enables you to realize its pure state.
The heart is the center of every being,
To be distinguished from the earthly center below the belly and the heavenly center above in the crown.
Beyond the heart is the chest,
Which widens when it feels strong and happy,
And which becomes smaller when it is affected by fear.
The heart is the abode of your true self.
Every being speaks out of his or her heart in a very personal way,
As an expression of his or her own true self.
Actually,
Heart is your real name.
The experience of a human being is between heaven and earth,
And tames the place of the soul between spirit and nature.
This is reflected in the symbolism of the body,
Where the heart has its place between the head and abdominal cavity.
Now I'm going to introduce a breathing exercise.
We use the power of the mind and breath and focus it on our heart center,
Which is located in the center of the chest.
When you breathe in through your nose,
You think of light.
When you exhale through your nose,
You think of light.
When you breathe in,
You think of light.
When you exhale,
You think of light.
When you exhale,
You think of light.
Feel the light passing through that center on the inhalation.
It softens the area around it.
It opens it.
It starts to break through whatever blockage has formed.
It opens,
Heals,
And thus brings new life to the depths.
With the exhalation,
You can feel relief,
The relaxation,
The disappearance of impressions that have been expelled from the heart.
When you exhale,
You will first feel warmth.
And as you go further,
This can turn into a feeling of spaciousness and light.
Keep breathing the light through the heart.
When inhaling the light,
The heart is opened and healed.
On exhalation,
It is massaged.
And as the concentration deepens,
It seems as if the space in the chest cavity has increased.
When you breathe in,
You think of light.
And when you exhale,
You think of light.
As you go on,
It begins to dawn on you that your consciousness is moving very slowly,
Almost imperceptibly,
To another level of existence.
It is subtle at first.
The ordinary three-dimensional level of space and time disappears somewhat from sight.
And you become aware of an inner space.
But it doesn't seem real.
But it's not really like that.
It pervades the inner realm as well as somehow the external appearance.
In this space,
You will find silence.
This silence is omnipresent.
This is supreme peace,
Silent,
Motionless like a rock.
In this stillness,
Your own self is rooted.
It is when you feel this breakthrough in your awareness.
As if you have clearly entered a larger and wider dimension of light.
It is very harmonious and of great beauty.
You think this must be it.
But stick to the breathing.
Breathe the light through it,
Massage it,
Open it,
So that the restlessness of the heart will become peace.
When you breathe in you think of light.
And when you exhale you think of light.
When you breathe in you think of light.
And when you exhale you think of light.
Breathe the light through it.
Open it so that the restlessness of the heart will become peace.
Keep breathing the light through your heart.
Do not stop.
When the light reaches peace,
The light enables you to discover even more peace.
In this way you descend into the peace of your own being.
Deeper and deeper silence.
Ultimately the heart is like an ocean of love and light.
The body is like a shining shell,
Glowing white and immersed in an ocean of light.
An ocean that enters the body and is as immense inside as it is outside.
It is as if the body is just a spark in this ocean.
This ocean of the heart.
It is pervasive.
It is pure heart.
You can now move away from the breathing exercise.
And bring your focus to a very fine but very strong energy that descends from the top of the body through the crown.
And then direct the third eye on your heart center.
The energy from above flows automatically through the crown,
Through the third eye into your heart.
Now use the breath and inhale as high as possible from above the crown.
And on the exhalation you feel the energy descending from the transcendent spheres and directed to the heart from the third eye.
And finally,
You can also let this concentration go.
And perhaps you can feel that the energy has developed a path through which the energy flows.
And that it is doing this on its own.
And you can keep this going by focusing your awareness on the flow and feeling the energy descend.
You can keep this going by focusing your awareness on the flow and feeling the energy descend from above.
You can feel how this refines the light of your heart.
Peace and light.
You and yourself.
Radiant in your own self.
Pure heart.
Now move your fingers and your toes a little bit.
And slowly become aware of where you are right now.
Feel your body.
Maybe you want to stretch yourself.
Or maybe you just want to keep sitting or lying down in a relaxed posture.
And take your time to come back to this world.
