Maria Magdalena Healing

This is another recording of a LIVE session during which we call upon the light and energy of Maria Magdalena. Join me in this spiritual session and embrace her strong divine feminine energy and see what this means for you personally. We all have suppressed our own divine feminine energy within ourselves (because we are conditioned like this), and now is the time to embody this sacred feminine energy again. This meditation is for everyone.

Yeah,

See if you're sitting or lying down comfortably.

And as usual,

Let's take a few deep breaths.

So in through your nose,

And breathe out through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose,

And breathe out through your mouth.

And one more time.

You can visualize some cosmic light entering your body.

When you breathe out,

Let all the negative energy of today escape with your breath.

One more time.

Let the cosmic energy enter your body.

And when you breathe out,

Just let go of all the negative energy.

And I would like to start today with inviting your own spirit guides,

Who can guide you during this meditation.

So if this is new to you,

Just sit down very quietly.

Observe your energetic field around you.

And everybody in his or her life has spirit guides,

Energetic beings around you,

Who support you,

Who guide you in this life.

So you just say,

Please will you,

My spirit guide or guides,

Guide me during this session.

Please make yourself known if possible.

And if you know them,

You can call them by their names.

And then just very carefully observe your energetic field or your awareness,

Your feeling.

They can present to you in any form.

So I also invite mine.

I'll just do this within myself.

Just keep breathing slowly.

And don't worry if you don't feel anything special.

Eventually when you meditate more,

This will happen.

You will start to notice these entities.

Then today we can also invite the archangels.

And I will do this quickly today.

We inside,

You turn towards the east and we invite archangel Raphael from the east,

From the guardian of air,

The element air.

And he brings emerald green energy towards our fields to protect us,

Guide us.

And you can think of the caduceus,

That's the sign of the pharmacies,

Just think of that symbol,

The symbol of the pharmacy.

He is holding that.

He's also a healer.

And then you might also feel the entity appear from the east,

From where you're sitting.

And then we turn towards the south and we invite archangel Michael.

And he carries a sword.

Just think of the sword.

And he will appear and give us a blessing and blue energy will appear.

And he is the guardian of fire.

So perhaps you might feel again something from the direction of the south around you.

Then you turn sort of inside towards the west and you invite archangel Gabriel.

He is the guardian of the element water.

And he carries a silver chalice,

A special cup.

And from this cup,

Diamond white energy is coming towards our fields.

Also to protect us during this session.

Actually we prepare the energetic field around us.

Just very easily sit back or lie down and just observe.

That's all you need to do.

And then you turn towards the north and we invite archangel Uriel.

Guardian of the element earth.

And he brings a five pointed star.

So think of a five pointed star.

And he brings ruby red energy towards our fields.

Perhaps slowly you already feel a slight change around you,

Within you.

And then we turn towards the sky above.

We open our hands towards the sky and we invite actually the energy of the great spirit through archangel Maitatrung.

And he brings the Christ grid,

Cosmic energy.

And this will enter through our crown chakra.

So just observe the top of your head to open it,

To make space for it.

Maybe you can feel the energy entering your chakra,

Your head.

And it goes down through your third eye,

Towards your throat and your heart chakra.

Now we're also protected from above.

And then we turn with our hands towards the earth,

Towards Pacha Mama.

And we ask for the beautiful energy also of Mother Earth through archangel Sandofan,

Who is connected to the crystal lines.

Go through the entire earth.

And we ask for this special earthly energy as well,

Which will enter our bodies through the soles of our feet.

It will go up through our legs,

Towards our base chakra,

Sacral chakra,

Our solar plexus.

And it also will end in our heart.

Just sense all these energies together within your field.

And feel this kind of protection,

Warmth.

And then just go back sitting or lying down comfortably.

So your hands in a sort of relaxed position.

And then I ask you to go back to your crown chakra and to open this chakra even further.

And perhaps if you don't feel anything special,

Just visualize this beautiful white lotus flower there,

Who slowly opens up for the cosmic energy.

And then you bring your attention towards your third eye.

And also try to open,

Activate your third eye.

Maybe you visualize a purple flower there,

Which also opens up for the light.

Then bring your attention inside your head in a straight line.

And observe your brains,

All the activity inside your head.

Then you bring your attention down in a straight line towards your throat.

This is the place where you express yourself from,

Where you manifest certain things.

Maybe you can feel this chakra.

And you go even lower towards your heart center.

And here this is the center with love for anybody around you,

The love for anything which is alive on this planet.

Just see if you can open your heart a little bit more.

Open to receive special healing today.

To open up yourself for some more divine feminine energy.

Not only in your heart,

But also in your brain.

So that we are not only using our mental guides within our lives,

But also start to listen more to our feminine intellect.

We can call it maybe like this.

Your softness,

More vulnerable.

Then you go down a little bit more towards your solar plexus.

Feel the center above your belly button.

This is your inner compass,

Always communicating with you if you are doing the right thing.

Then you go down towards your sacral chakra.

This is where your emotions are stored.

And where you feel them.

Where a lot of trauma of your life is stored.

Ready to be healed,

To let go,

In order to grow,

To go beyond this.

Then you go towards your base chakra.

This is all related to your safety,

Your feeling of safety,

Your security.

Just sense all these centers.

And we already created a kind of path to enter Mother Earth.

So all you have to do now is envision a kind of root or cord from your base chakra which grows into the earth.

So it doesn't matter where you are,

On which floor you are,

Or what kind of building you are at.

Just visualize this root or cord to enter Mother Earth.

And it goes deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper into Mother Earth.

Maybe it will branch out and really connect to the base of Pacha Mama.

And then we ask permission from Pacha Mama,

Mother Earth.

Again for connecting with her and getting even more strong energy in our bodies.

So this energy will go through the cord or the roots up towards our body.

And we are really filled now.

Well,

It will come,

Just wait.

We are sort of being charged with this earthly energy.

And cosmic energy which enters from the lotus flower.

And if you want we can make it a bit stronger even.

So just also reach out from this lotus flower.

Maybe a golden thread is going up into the sky,

Higher and higher through the planets,

The stars.

And it also connects with the great spirit,

The way you see it.

You don't have to have any opinion about it,

It's just about feeling it today or any day.

If you can feel this connection,

That's it,

That's all you need to do.

And then you can feel the energy flow down,

It enters your crown chakra.

And these both energies meet around your heart or in your heart center.

And there is a kind of vortex in your heart.

Feel like you are being charged now.

You are like a channel of energy.

This becomes stronger and stronger.

Just feel what's going on in your body.

Maybe you don't feel your physical body anymore,

You just feel and sense the energy.

I think it's always beautiful to also connect with each other.

And it's going so much easier now that we are in this state.

We can identify ourselves even more now in our energetic bodies.

Actually what I'm seeing is that we are all kind of balloons,

Big balloons.

And if we all sort of move closer to each other,

How we connect with each other is like our big shells or eggs around us are moving together.

And it doesn't matter where you are in the world right now.

And this is how we can connect.

How our particles are actually,

How we are all one.

And you can really sense that.

It's like we are one big bubble,

One big egg of energy.

And now that we are in this state and we are so much beautifully connected,

Let's ask now to invite the presence of Mary Magdalena.

We ask her to appear before us.

And just observe what you are feeling,

What you are sensing.

She can make herself known in many different ways how your awareness communicates with you.

Just feel what's happening.

And she's here to give us a healing.

And to empower our feminine energy within us.

To give us the strength to grow in this area.

And this is not only for women.

On the contrary,

Also for men.

So that we are becoming more equal.

Maybe she also has a personal message for you.

To point out to you in what area you may grow and develop yourself in this life.

Because everybody here in this life is here with his or her own personal purpose.

Some people know it already and for some people they are still searching.

And maybe she can help you to become more aware of it.

To take your fears,

Your doubts away,

The expectations from the people around you.

So that you can do what you need to do in this life,

On this planet.

Mary Magdalena stands for the divine feminine.

These are two beautiful words.

But what do they actually mean to you?

Can you really feel this special energy?

What does it feel like?

Can you embrace it?

We've done so many healings,

So many meditations.

But is there a desire to really make a change in yourself?

In this area.

And what should this change be for you?

Do you dare to become more vulnerable?

To let your feelings be more present?

To protect yourself more?

To protect your limits?

And to also express your limits?

For your ability to make a compromise instead of only wanting to win?

Your desire to live more with nature,

With the energy of the moon instead of the sun?

Can you embrace your femininity,

Your physical femininity,

And not be afraid or embarrassed about it?

Can you respect the female body and let women be more free,

Without any judgments or conditioning on how they should behave?

Just feel what Maria Magdalena is doing for you,

What she is touching in you.

Maybe you feel something is being uplifted,

That you're being guided.

Maybe you are receiving messages.

Maybe all that needs to happen is that your heart is being opened a little bit more.

Or maybe you feel like somebody is holding you,

That you feel the love you didn't receive as a child because either your father or mother were also not able to do it,

To give it to you.

Maybe you receive a healing on a physical level,

So that you can move beyond your sickness,

Your illness,

And make progress in your life.

Maybe she's taking away your fears in order to make your dream come true.

And see how powerful she is,

How after so many years she can still come to this earth and share her love,

Her guidance,

Her deep consciousness to us.

And just let the energy do its work for you.

Maybe you feel something is being done alongside your spine.

Maybe you feel something is happening outside your body.

Maybe you feel something is happening inside your body.

Just enjoy this energy,

This feeling.

It's very strong again.

Just enjoy it.

Might also be emotional.

Maybe you feel tears from your eyes.

Maybe you don't feel your physical body anymore.

Just keep breathing slowly.

And maybe you have a certain image of what she looks like,

Or maybe you just feel things.

Maybe you want to slowly start saying goodbye to her.

In your own way,

Maybe you want to bring your palms together.

And in your own words,

Thank her for this special healing we received today.

She might have guided you on different levels today.

While the energy is still strong,

I'm going to also thank her on behalf of all of us today for her presence.

Maybe we can call her more often,

Just like the other archangels.

So we also say thanks to Sandofen,

Metatron,

Uriel,

Gabriel,

Michael and Raphael.

Thank you for being with us during this session.

Please also say thanks to your own spirit guides or guides.

You can do this within yourself.

How our energies merged into each other.

Slowly,

Slowly let the energy,

It will become a little bit less.

You can also visualize to pull the root or the cords back from Mother Earth.

Or maybe visualize to close the lotus flower on top of your head.

Visualize to close it.

So the energy will become a little bit less.

And just take some time to slowly,

Slowly lens back into your physical body.

Move your fingers,

Your toes maybe.
