In this meditation we participate in practices that help us ground in the present moment to find clarity and peace in the now. Sometimes its hard to control the thought processes of the mind and in order for us to regain control of the mind we must find a place of clarity and acceptance. We participate in a body scan, we tap into the senses, we do some breathing and we affirm the present moment all within this practice.
