This is a short five-minute meditation.
This meditation is designed to fully relax you in a short space of time.
First of all,
I want you to focus on my voice.
Before anything else comes my voice.
And as I guide you through this meditation,
I want you to feel as if the more we progress,
The more relaxed you feel.
So first of all,
We're going to focus on our breath work.
Take a deep inhalation in,
Hold at the top and release.
A deep inhalation in,
Hold at the top and release.
A deep inhalation in,
Hold at the top and release.
Now just allow yourself to breathe normally and peacefully.
This meditation is all about just letting go of attachment.
Thoughts,
Feelings,
All of these things that magnetize themselves to us throughout the day are slowly going to be dropping from you.
And you're going to feel it like a release.
You're going to feel light.
You're going to feel like everything is just effortless right now and all there is,
Is just this moment.
Your problems,
Your worldly attachments are slowly fading away.
And all that's left is the magnificent you that is.
You are magnificent.
Don't worry so much.
Life can be hard at times,
Yes.
But it's not worth holding on to the things that are going to make you anxious and stressed.
Because that doesn't help anyway.
In fact your problems and issues will be solved and resolved much sooner when you feel at peace.
So allow yourself to experience that peace just for these five minutes.
It's important that you do so.
We become more productive when we give ourselves time to have these mental resets.
Our work becomes enhanced.
Everything that we do becomes more powerful because we have grounded ourselves in the present moment.
The anxiety and stress simply comes from our thoughts of the future.
What we've got to do next,
What we've got to do tomorrow.
If you can just allow yourself to relax and be at peace with your surroundings here and now.
Just for a little time.
Then you will live such a content life.
My voice is all you need to listen to right now.
Simply relax.
Relax.
Relax deeper.
And deeper.
Now you are beginning to feel so relaxed that everything,
All the tensions that were in your body have just removed themselves and all that's left is you,
The divine being.
