Ensuring you are as comfortable as you can be in your seat or laid down or wherever you feel cool to be right here right now.
Let's take a nice deep full breath in through the nose,
Inhaling.
A nice deep breath out through the mouth.
Let's take two more like this everyone,
Deep full breath in and a deep breath out through the mouth.
Last one here,
Deep breath in and a deep breath out.
I'd like you to take your focus now to your breath coming in and out through your nose.
And as you breathe,
Just notice what's present for you today.
Notice how your body's feeling,
How your mind is feeling,
How your energy is doing without getting wrapped up into any narrative,
Just noticing how you're feeling in this moment.
With your next exhale breath,
Just letting go whatever came up for you just now.
From here,
Allowing your inhale to fully expand into your belly,
Full belly breaths and allowing your exhale to soften you deeper down towards mother earth.
Inhaling to expand and exhaling to allow softness and heaviness to sink into the body.
And as you breathe everyone,
I want you to take your focus now also to your chest,
To your heart space.
And imagining as you breathe deeply in and out through the nose,
That a flower started to grow out through the center of your chest,
Out through the center of your heart.
Very softly flower budding,
Starting to bloom and notice what flower you can see.
It might be specific flower,
Might be one that you're familiar with or perhaps not.
Just notice,
Might be your favorite flower,
But just notice what you can see.
Also notice what you can feel as your heart space starts to open.
As you breathe deeply in and out through the nose and start to send the breath not only into the belly but up into the heart.
Up into the heart space as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
And I'm going to ask you a question now.
I want you to notice the first thing that pops into your head.
You might hear the guidance,
See it,
Feel it,
Know it.
And the question is,
What does your heart space need right now?
Noticing whatever's come up for you today.
And equally if nothing came up for you today,
Know that that's also okay and can be part of the process.
Holding on to whatever information came for you,
Whatever guidance came for you.
Even if it was nothing at all today.
And taking one final deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And keeping your eyes closed or your gaze soft.
I would advise journaling around whatever came up for you today.
And from there,
Think of one small action you can take.
One small action you can take over the next 24 to 48 hours to give yourself whatever your heart space needs.
And if it's nothing at all,
Just allow that to be the case.
