For the times you feel disconnected and out of love for you body. This meditation scans through each body part and blesses it deeply with focussed love and attention. It will bring you peace and clarity and I hope you enjoy it.

Please ensure you are somewhere as comfortable as you can be.

Whether that's laid down or sat up.

Whatever feels right for you in this moment.

And if you need to take some time to adjust that,

Then do so now.

I want you to take your focus down into your body.

Take your focus out of the mind and simply just down into your body.

And as I call out different parts of your body,

I want you to take your focus there.

And notice as I share the words,

Any sensations or feelings or emotions that may arise as we move through.

Now you are welcome to repeat the words after me in your head or out loud.

Or add any words that feel right to you as well.

Or you can simply sit back and listen.

So taking your focus down into your feet,

Giving blessings to your feet for all the places that they carry you.

Taking focus into your lower legs,

Giving blessings to your lower legs for all the paths that they have led you down.

Blessings to your knees for holding you up.

Blessings to your thighs and your glutes for their strength.

Blessings to your hips for holding and regulating all of your emotions.

Blessings to all your internal organs that keep working day in day out without you even having to think about it.

Blessings to your stomach area,

To your tummy for all the work it does to keep you ticking over,

For holding your gut instinct.

Blessings to your back body for encouraging you to stand tall.

Blessings to your chest for opening out,

Beaming proud into the world.

Blessings to your shoulders and arms for all the things they bear and carry.

Blessings to your hands for all the reaching out,

For all the loving,

Receiving as well.

Blessings to your heart for guiding you through this life with deep intuitive love.

Blessings to your neck for holding up your head day in day out.

Blessings to your lips and mouth for encouraging nourishment to pass through,

For allowing your words and dreams to pass out.

Blessings to your nose for letting you smell the sweetness of life.

Blessings to your eyes which allow you to see all the magic of this world.

Blessings to your ears that allow the sweet sweet sound of the universe to flood into your being.

Blessings to your brain for processing,

For thinking,

For doing its utmost best to keep you alive in this world.

And blessings to your whole body,

Blessings to your whole body and all that it does to love,

Nourish and keep you day in day out.

I want you to notice now how you feel compared to when we began this meditation.

Notice any shifts,

Any information that has wanted to come through and if it feels right you can journal or share with a friend.

And I wish you many blessings for your onward journey and that you carry some of this reverence for your body into the rest of your life.
