Hi,

This is Emily from Lunar Circle and welcome to your heal your crown chakra meditation Please ensure you are somewhere where you can be completely comfortable and undisturbed Whether that's sat down or laid down and when you're ready soften your gaze or close down your eyes I'd like you to just notice your breath Notice your breath coming in and out of the body Notice where your breath is landing today Is it landing down in the stomach or up in the chest And I want you to see if you can start to slow your breath down Breathing in and out of your nose slow soft Long deep breaths I'd like you to imagine that you could breathe Into your entire body into your entire system And as you do that notice any shift in how your body feels Any shift in how your mind feels And as you breathe start to take your focus up into the top of your head Start to take your focus right at the top of your head where your crown chakra is situated And see if you could imagine all of your breath now Being aimed to the top of your head As you breathe the top of the head softens and opens And as you exhale just relax the very top of the head And keep your attention here As we go through This meditation notice any This meditation notice any Physical sensations or words or visions that come to you and know that all of it is welcome So continuing to breathe in and out of the top of the head And I'd like you To see if you can continue to deepen your breath Deepen your inhale and deepen your exhale And as you do so Imagine that the very top of your head Had a zip attached The very top of your head had a zipper attached And as you breathe you can even imagine yourself or imagine an imaginary force starting to slowly unzip through the top of your head as If within your physical body you have within you Another body a light body and as that zipper starts to Be unzipped and unfolded Imagine your physical body just starts to melt away like water rushing over a rock or sand And Imagine now the top of your head and maybe your full body Is now a beautiful open light being And as you breathe I'd like you to visualize the top of your head now starts to shine a light so bright Out and up through the top of your head And I want you to notice anything Physically that you can sense any words how clear is this vision And I want you to stay with this just for a few moments longer as you continue to breathe And ensuring that your body is relaxed You may find more sensations start to arise more words messages visions And as you breathe I'm going to ask you a question now and I want you to notice the first thing that comes to mind And the question is What What do you need to do to develop your crown chakra What do you need to do to develop your crown chakra?

I've seen the first thing that popped into your head And once you have your piece of guidance and If nothing has come though,

That's also part of the process Imagine now That the physical body is now being rezipped back over your light body as if you're putting on a onesie or a Wetsuit all the way up the top of your head and imagine now the zipper coming all the way up and zipping back up So bringing your full system back into place I'm just noticing how you feel You might feel lighter you might feel a buzzing or none of the above And when you're ready Gently allowing some movement to come back into the body And opening the eyes Now if you feel like you need a bit of grounding after that meditation Feel free to take your feet on the floor You could move your body have a little shake or a little dance And I would advise writing down what came to you during the meditation any sensations words visions and the guidance that came through at the end and If you feel called you can repeat this meditation Every day For as long as you feel the need Sending big love and blessings for your onward journey I'm Emily from Lunar Circle,
