Welcome to your Embody Your Truth meditation.
My name is Emily and I'm from Lunar Circle and I would love for you to find somewhere where you can be undisturbed and a little bit more quiet.
This could be sat down,
Laid down or even walking somewhere.
And as you land,
Whether in stillness or feel your feet upon the earth,
Notice your body.
Notice how your body feels in this moment right now.
Without judgment,
Without narrative,
Just notice your body right now.
I want you now to think of the part of you that you hide from the world.
What is the part of you that is longing to be seen?
The part of you that is longing to take center stage.
Notice what has arisen for you.
Trust and just notice whatever you can feel or see.
And give some acknowledgement to whatever has come up.
It might surprise you or maybe not.
But this part of you that you hide most from the world is your authentic truth.
Your unique essence.
That you came down onto this earth plane to share with the world.
And in life,
We are often taught or we learn to hide this part of ourselves,
Our most magnetic,
Light-filled part of us.
But know,
My friend,
That this part of you deserves to be seen.
This part of you deserves to be shared with the world.
So imagine now that this part of you,
Whatever it is,
Could fill you up from the inside out.
This quality of this part of you could fill you up from the inside out.
How would you sit?
How would you lie even?
How would you walk or stand or however you are currently positioned?
How would your body feel?
And however much you're able,
Whether it's one percent today,
Or maybe two percent tomorrow or more,
Invite that part of you to step forward.
Invite that part of you to take a little bit more space.
I now invite you to imagine also,
How would this part of you move throughout the world?
How would they move their body,
Whether it's right now or in general?
How would they move their body?
How would you move your body?
Noticing and trusting anything that comes to you,
That lands.
Noticing any shift in how you feel now compared to when you began this meditation.
And when you're ready,
Start to gently bring a little bit of movement back into your body if you are laid or sat.
Start to bring an awareness back to yourself in this present moment.
And I want you to set a small intention for the rest of your day over the next 24 hours.
You can start to move this energy,
The energy of your authentic truth,
Out into the world.
And feel free to write this down or just hold it in your mind's eye.
And know that each time you take this meditation,
You are stepping a little bit further towards your authentic truth.
